First of all my doctor is amazing (Dr Heck). The front desk staff could not be worse. I have been on hold for 2 hours and 5 minutes as of this review (I am still on hold). LEARN TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!!! This is not how you treat patients. I don’t have unlimited time. I am trying to get ahold of my doctor’s nurse for a semi-urgent issue and they don’t have the decency to answer the phone.

I have been going there since 2001. the only reason i continue to go there is because of Dr. Heck. The receptionists are ALWAYS RUDE. It seems as if scheduling an appointment is an inconvenience for them. Like it’s not their LITERAL JOB. It has been consistently rude customer service since longer than I can remember.

They never answer the phone and just sit around. Don’t care about the patients. My Dr is okay and that’s literally it. They let the phone ring for over 30min till they closed 🙃

This office doesnt serve their patients in the way you would expect from a family doctor. Rather than serving public health, they seem more geared toward getting patients in the office and taking payment from them. From my experience, some of the docs are rarely in the office so youll see a PA 50% of the time. I stayed with this office for a long time but as of August, I will be finding a different doc and I cannot recommend this office at this time. This office has gone downhill over the past two years.

I’ve always found the ladies at this location to be very friendly and efficient. Dr. Flax is a fantastic doctor and the receptionist are always very nice!

Horrible customer service. Completely unable to help patients in a timely manner. Front desk was less than helpful scheduling appointments. My wife returned home in tears because they were so difficult to work with. you expect to be seen in a timely manner AVOID this clinic

Dr Flax told me I was a candidate for a lung screening that was a study for those over 55. Julie the nurse told me she never said that. Is she calling Dr Flax a liar or calling me one. I will never go back to this facility nor will I ever recommend it!

I am a patient of Dr. Heck and he is the ONLY reason that I still visit this office. The receptionists are extremely rude and act as if everything is an inconvenience. Today I called them because of debilitating back spasms and asked if I could speak with the doctor about what to do. They brushed it off and told me that they would give him the note at the end of the morning. These people do not care about their patients!

Ive been waiting for almost a week for the physician to ok a prescription refill for my father. The pharmacy and I have called/ faxed the clinic repeatedly for the medication he needs to control his edema. Finally they say they have the pharmacy request And now its another waiting game for the Dr to ok it. Meanwhile, my fathers feet look like balloons. Very frustrating, you get the impression that they dont care about their patients at all.
