1 star because the staff here is absolutely terrible, Dr. Timilar is amazing, if they send you to Dr. Amanda it is a waste of time and money. I went in and she sent me home “with covid like symptoms” and didn’t give me anything at all to help and haven’t received anything else for help from them since. Even with insurance it was $100 to go get a free covid test you can get anywhere and no help at all whatsoever. I would go to Dr. Timilar here again but literally no one else.

Since I work for Uber Eats, I had to review for the lovely 9211 that is on the building. It was easy to glance and make a move. The delivery was smooth.

Dr. Harrington is by far the best Pediatrician in town. Shes so good with kids, and gets down on their level. My son always goes in with a smile, and enjoys seeing her. Shes very personable, and thorough. I would highly recommend her. Her PAs Ashley, and Karen are also fantastic. The Nurse gets back with you in a very timely manner, if you call with any questions. Thanks Dr. Dr.Harrington for all you do!

Dr. Womack is the best pediatrician. I’ve been taking my children there since we moved to Wichita 4 years ago and she’s always friendly, knowledgeable and she cares for your children. I could give a 5 star review if it wasn’t for that it takes a little while to get appointments scheduled, she does have lots of patients, which I assume it’s because of the great Dr. she is! It takes a while to check in too, I just think they need more staff, but I think it’s still worth for me driving that far from my home so that my children can have the best medical care when needed. I do recommend this place!

The pa barely looked at me. We didnt even get a real doctor. She took blood pressure then told me to drink honey then charged us at least $50. After she told us that we NO DIP dont have the flu. She just dissapered

Everyone in the offices were friendly and professional during my procedure. I received a large bill in the mail and trying to get ahold of billing was an awful experience. Lots of holding and when I finally got through the woman was rude and unhelpful.

Made an appointment and squeezed it just after my sons 5th grade promotion. We were talking about Friday. I wrote it on my calendar while I was on the phone and then added it to my google calendar. After leaving my sons promotion early and showing up at the right time, I was rudely informed that the appointment was for yesterday. Oh really? No one called to confirm Wednesday. Then I was rudely told that the doctor didn’t see new patients after 3:00. Ummm, it’s 2:45. So now I’m out of town for a week then kids are out of school. Do these doctors not realize we have lives and it actually takes A LOT of work to get to them?!!!!Definitely going to find a better, more efficient office and doctor!!!

Staff here is terrible. They scheduled my son on with the wrong doctor and when i showed up they were not able to squeeze him in to be seen. They said they went back to ask the doctor since my 3 month old was sick and needed to be seen and I could not come back later. My sister eventually had to bring him to a later appointment and asked the doctor if they had asked her and she had not been aware of what had happened and would have seen him at that time if they would have asked. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back. I will be finding another doctor that has staff that care about their patients.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. When I moved to Wichita many people told me this was the best place to get into. Staff at the check in desk made it seem like I was wasting their time when I was nothing but nice and polite to them. I was given Dr. Vu Nguyen (pronounced like win) as my primary and she also made me feel like I was wasting her time. Ive had a cronic cough since December 2017 (October 2018 now) and she had the audacity to lecture me like I was 5 for not taking my nasal spray (I had just run out, this was not the cause of my coughing as I had been coughing for months while I was using it). I waited weeks to get in to see her, because they dont like you to see whoever is available, only to be seen for a few minutes, treated like a child, and told to try this and come back. The only good thing they did for me was a chest x-ray. I have received way better care from the little clinic at Dillons, and now the minute clinic at cvs! Turns out if she had just listened to me she could have cleared this up with a simple antibiotic. If you want actual care, dont go here. At the very least if this is your only option, dont choose Nguyen!

Dr Nichols is the best with the children. My kids love him

Lack of transparency with pricing information. Could not answer the cost of a simple self-pay visit given no procedures to be done at the time of the visit. Refused to give any proc codes necessary for the priceline to get pricing information.

Checked in at 11:31 for lab work and wasn’t able to get blood drawn until 12:45. Unacceptable time frame. The poor front desk attendant was having people yell at her the whole time about the wait. Unacceptable wait for getting blood drawn.

I lovr Dr Vu Nguyen she is so thorough and will actually listen to your concerns and is genuinely caring😍

Was straight up told that they dont accept United Healthcare. What kind of garbage clinic doesnt accept County supplied insurance in the county they operate in. Go literally anywhere else.

This is a great clinic, very nice staff, everyone is very friendly and sweet, especially Victoria! :)
