The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate about caring for the body. Ive used the sauna, lymph massage, and compression suit to improve my medical condition. The prices are reasonable, and they do not accept tips.

Jessica was amazing. I got MLD to help me with fatigue, inflammation and recovery. I have only had one session with her and look forward to more. She did an amazing job explaining MLD and what to expect during and after the session. After the first session my bloat decreased and I felt more energized than I have in a long time.

Post liposuction/lipo360 care! So this is pretty much the only place i found in town that does lymphatic massages. Well Nancy is amazing and knowledgeable. At first i thought they were going to be painful but no they felt so good. I am still currently going and always look forward to these appts. Definitely visit Nancy for any post plastic surgery care!

I had googled lymphatic drainage massage and found Vytal Bodyworks. I went this past Friday and did the compression suit. It was amazing! I actually fell asleep for a good portion of the hour! My appointment was with Nancy and she was awesome too... Very informative and very helpful! I will most definitely go again but my next appointment will probably be an actual massage.

Firstly, the place is warm and welcoming which made a great 1st impression. I received a massage and the specialist Nancy was so knowledgeable about the body and how the muscles align. I walked in limping and left walking normal. The service was amazing!

After two lymphatic therapy appts, I barely notice my hot flashes anymore and Im sleeping through the night. Before the lymphatic therapy, I was waking up every couple of hours with the hot flashes. Its amazing, because the reason I went for lymphatic therapy was post surgical to help with inflammation and swelling in my leg. After each appt I feel better and its easier for me to move around. Thanks to Nancy, Im not only feeling better post surgery, but the unexpected relief from hot flashes has been incredible!

What an amazing massage! Nancy is an experienced therapist has wonderful healing ability in her hands! Im looking forward to having her give me a lymphatic drainage treatment the next time I come.

Nancy is amazing! I saw her for the first time about 5 years ago based on a referral. I like to run distance races, but the training (and the race) often takes a real toll on your body. While training for a race, sports massages are a must for me now to keep training going and decrease injury risk. Post race, she does a recovery massage that knocks out a bunch of the soreness. Outside of her top notch skills, she is just a great person. Highly recommend!
