Im rating the customer service only. It is generally pathetic, although one time I had a better experience. The customer service reps seem to not know how to handle an inquiry, or even understand the insurance companys role. The rep today didnt understand the basics about Part A and Part B of Medicare, what paid for what, etc. I had a simple question regarding coverage for a CDC recommended vaccination; after more than 30 minutes I came away with no help from customer service. She really tried to help me, but she was so very unqualified. I usually get much better information doing Google searches.

For the last 5 weeks my surgeon has prescribed me pain medication and for the last 5 weeks its taken 3 to 4 days for approval which makes me run out every week so instead of writing it for a weeks worth they made on for a month supply, I had to call in again asking why its taking so long and come to find out that the office was shutting down for the weekend. Now I have to wait till mid week to get my medicine so I run out of medicine today and have to live in pain until they get around to approving my prescription. This is a horrible company. They are making you jump thru their hoops to get the procedures that are needed to live your life.

What the hell is this? why is health insurance such a great mystery in the United states, and those in power act like its them personally paying out? I will never get the lack of communication. I am not even sure Im leaving a review for the right place.

My little brother had to go to the hospital because he was having an allergic reaction. His airway was closing up and he was in a life threatening situation. He needed to go to the hospital. This insurance company is refusing to cover his hospital stay. Are you kidding me? I guess this insurance company is all about making money off of people and not helping them in a time of need.

Worst insurance company ever. Had the same insurance plan for the last 11 years now since they bought out the old company mysame plan now charges me more $ every time we go to the doctor! Not to mention the monthly cost is higher also!

Frustrating!!!this is not the Wichita office. I called the number for member services to report that my husband died. I cant tell you how many times i was transferred to another non-person and asked to punch in the same information.The rating is not even a one but i couldnt post without pressing a star. If there were a minus star that would be my rating
