Dr Greg and the staff are awesome! He saved on of our dogs from having to have surgery by treating him with injections. An recently saved our others dogs life by removing a 7.7 pound tumor on a Saturday!!! Definitely recommend this vet and clinic!!

Dr. Greg gave our Beagle significant relief from painful arthritis prolonging his happy life. We love that Dr. Greg also loves cats. We took our cat in yesterday and not only examined her , she was returned to us with a glossy coat, he had removed a lot of fur that we didn’t get at home. He is so compassionate and great with pets. The clinic is spotlessly clean. That is a wonderful place, the best we believe for pet care in Wichita and we searched for the best. I also noted over the years he does not do anything without a reason. We have appreciated them through the pandemic. The girls are great at the desk! We trust him with our cats’ lives. And that is a lot of trust.very reasonable prices, they are a great part of our life.

Today I took my doggie Dez to see Dr. Reichenberger. It was only his 2nd visit . We had to transfer from Arapahoe because they went out of buisness.I loved that clinic but I think I found a good place for my buddy to go with his skin issues. The lady at the window was so sweet and the doctor was really awesome.Finding a new vetenarian ended up being a blessing. Thanks for everything yall

I was really excited to use west Wichita pet clinic’s doggy daycare because I work just down the street. I was informed to bring shot records and that he would possibly need another or two and a fecal test. Upon arrival the receptionist looked at my receipts and questioned his bordetella shot which I explained where he got it. Then they took my dog while I stayed in my car parked at the window. The vet then came to the window without introducing himself and immediately started questioning me on that bordetella shot which I misspoke about I had actually administered myself and purchased from his current daycare. But the way the vet approached me, started breading my care and then telling me what was done was illegal made me feel so little.. I’m a new client just looking for an affordable daycare and I left in TEARS. I let them give my dog another bordetella because they said they needed to do which is fine I just don’t like being attacked verbally. Lost a client.

The Vet I had been working with for the past 7 years is not taking appropriate COVID precautions therefore I called around to find a Vet that is. I called on Wednesday and was able to have her seen on Friday. This clinic was very safe with COVID precautions. They were friendly and the Vet spoke with me for several minutes about the follow up. I now have a NEW AWESOME Vet - West Wichita Pet Clinic is Outstanding.

On thanksgiving, my dog, a 20lb sheltie, crossed over into a neighbors yard and was attacked by a German shepherd. My dogs fault, I understand, however, when taking her to this clinic, there was only one major bite mark, so he cleaned it, put two staples in it, called it good. When I repeatedly told the entire staff she was thrown around like a rag doll, I knew there was more damage done than what he had remotely touched base on. A week later, she has a massive abscess form from her elbow to her spine where all the skin in between had been infected and died off. When taking her to another vet to find out this information and calling Dr. Greg he told us he did what he could do and to take our problems somewhere else. Not saying I don’t trust his education or abilities, but I would recommend going to get a second opinion or another vet, as I do not believe this situation was handled properly, nor was his professionalism. Pictures will be posted of what Dr.Greg did with his two staples, vs what the other vet had to do to salvage her infection and not get any worse. When he said that was all he could do, and we could take our problems somewhere else, and said he would call the other vet, which he didn’t, I believe he knew he was in the wrong. I knew in my gut not to take her to him on Friday, but she needed to be evaluated, and now I know not to go there ever again.

The vet is EXTREMELY rude. We had just a few questions about our puppy after the appointment and he was very dismissive and diminished the value of our concern. On the way out the “clinic dog” the dog which belongs to the vet ATTACKED our puppy drawing blood. He then became very defensive and hurried to get us on our way after he yelled at us in the parking lot for his mistake. We will NEVER be doing business here again.

The DR here is great, and does some awesome work. When I got my dog fixed here, the scar was not even half the size of the scar on my other dog we had previously got fixed elsewhere. My clumsy dog broke open her stitches and the DR was quick to re-stitch her the very next morning. I would recommend this place to everybody! They also offer Doggy Day Camp, and grooming. They do it all!

Dr. Greg and his team are wonderful to work with. I have taken all my dogs to this clinic for several years. I appreciate the thoroughness he takes to make sure my dogs have a safe and healthy experience when I board them there for the day or a week. Although some people may think the list of requirements for boarding are too much, I appreciate the fact that all dogs must have current vaccinations and specific fecal tests completed prior to boarding. I know my dogs will come home healthy and safe!

I took my dogs here for a number of years. In the beginning, it seemed great and convenient. They had boarding, grooming, and vet services. However, things drastically changed. The prices became absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I found other vets that are better and charge half the price of this vet. I would be okay with paying more than other vets if I felt I was receiving customer service that warranted the price. HOWEVER, the customer service here is HORRIBLE. I could not believe the way I was being treated by the front staff here. The women were extremely short and rude with me. It makes one definitely not want to leave your pet with them. I would tell you to do your research elsewhere before deciding on this vet service.

I would rate this place 0 stars. The staff here Is extremely rude. Especially Carol. Im never returning back. Get your service else where. Then doctor richenburger or whatever his name is, pretty careless. They just make you pay more money than what youre expected to pay. We paid for my dogs cut then when he came out, the doctor came out & said we need to update his shots. In order for us to GET OUR OWN DOG BACK we HAD to pay for his shots there when we have our OWN vet that we take him to. Totally unimpressed with this place. Take your money somewhere else, this place doesnt deserve to service your pets.

We used this clinic to board our two dogs for a little over a week. The vet was kind and the staff was sweet. They were very informative and helpful and the vet was very attentive to our dogs. Our larger dog had an on-going problematic ear problem that I mentioned to the staff, just a precaustion to his sensitivity to it sometimes or possible over itching. It was a huge relief to have the actual vet call me and discuss his yeast infection and possible skin allergies by phone, personally.

I took my 8 year old Yorkie mix to get groomed. It was her first time going to a groomer and I was worried about how she would do because she doesnt even like us to brush her. When I went to drop her off the office staff reassured me that everything would be okay and that they would contact me if there were any problems. They called me and let me know that she was finished and ready to be picked up. When I arrived they told me she did good and that they just had to take their time and go slow. I was so happy when I saw her she looked amazing. I rate West Wichita Pet Clinic 5 starts. The office staff was kind and the groomer did an amazing job!

Weve had a lot of experience with other clinics, both directly and indirectly through friends and family, and are so glad we are with Dr. Greg and his staff! Whenever we come in, or see someone else come in, everyone is always greeted as though there is nothing more important in their day. They are definitely there for your pets and do all they can with your pets best interest in mind. We have two dogs, one is 12yrs, and hates to leave her comfort zone for anything, (home) but actually calms down when we get there. Our 2yr old comes to day camp every week, and knows when its her day, and gets upset when she has to miss the day for some reason. We have used every service they have to offer, and have no reservations with any of it. Thank you Dr. and your staff!!!

Dr. Riechenberger was patient will all of my questions. My dog was comfortable around the doctor. With the exception of one employee in training, the staff seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. I do not believe he is the cheapest vet in town, but I am very happy with his service. He and his staff reminded me to get a rabies shot, but did not try to up sell me on stuff we did not need. I showed up early to my appointment and the doctor saw us right away, (my last vet I had to wait 15 min after the appointment time every time).

Ok so there is a few things i need to point out here, im a veteran and my service dog xena is a pure blood german shepherd, we had to house her here for a month while we found a new home for the family cause of a illegal eviction, and the staff was nice and professional, xena had ALL of her shots updated and nails trimmed, everything looked great, bill wasnt bad, BUT....when i dropped her off, she was healthy, energetic, and muscular. Now, shes skin and bones and she has no energy, she lays down and doesnt move, ive had her for along time and shes NEVER acted this way, she always plays with the kids and been super energetic, now its like shes almost lifeless. Like she wasnt cared for well and just locked away for a month and not cared for, played with or fed well like i was promised she would be! Come Tuesday after this places opens back up from the holiday weekend, there better be some good explanations for this, or its going to get bad! I didnt fight in Afghan so a member of my family could be mistreated here back home

I called to schedule an appointment a week in advance to get my dog looked at for a possible UTI. From the mixed reviews I called another place so that I would have a backup in case this clinic dropped the ball. And boy am I glad I did. It may seem like an amazing place-boarding, grooming, day-care, and a vet.... But the service blows. I called to confirm and ask questions (because I was nervous about a new vet-just moved to the area) twice throughout the week. Then on the day of I called to confirm AGAIN, and they told me I had canceled the appointment! The receptionist then proceeded to rudely tell me that I must have canceled, because she didnt remember scheduling anything and the other receptionist said I called to cancel. All in all Im glad I listened to my gut and double booked, because even though this place is cheaper (by about $7) you get what you pay for. As other comments have suggested: if they are that rude to humans I can only imagine how they treat the animals they care for.

If you can avoid it, DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. The vetinarian there is the most rude and arrogant person with humans, and I can only imagine that he is that way with my dogs. My dogs act weird every time they come out of there and I honestly believe my dogs are abused there. The vet is the rudest man alive and everytime I board my dogs there there is random things on my invoice that I didnt request or know were happening, and then when I question the vet about why some random service costed 40 dollars that I didnt ask for, the male vet says well I dont know what you want me to do about it. Its already done so we arent going to refund you. No customer service and no responsibility. The laziest man Ive ever met EVERYTIME Ive used them (which is several). Go somewhere else.
