Still waiting on a courtesy call to see how my baby girl is doing or how she has a cut on her ear from either grooming or playcare this week. Got home to find yellow crust on her ear. Called to find out if there is a reason it is there. Told there is no report of incident. That I should use peroxide and figure or what it is. That apparently was the end of that!

I have had no issues. They must of changed management I use to get a report on my little girl and would get pictures but Not any more. She loves going to play and grooming is really good.

Great place my dog who likes nobody or nothing. Turns back into a puppy everytime he goes there. His bandit buddy loves it there also

My dog loves the staff and I enjoy the cameras in the dog play areas so I have peace of mind when I am traveling.

I have used Woof for grooming. They do a great job and Lucy seems to enjoy going.

We boarded our 4 year old golden retriever, Nita, at Woof’s over the Thanksgiving holiday and she had a blast. The staff there is very nice and attentive. We will definitely keep coming back!

My puppies had a great experience at daycare and having a full groom (Shih Tzus). I loved how everyone there seemed to care so much and at the end of the day the girls wanted more pets from the ladies - great sign that they loved it!! I was very skeptical about leaving my girls anywhere (even just for daycare, let alone a week), but I am now certain that they will be well taken care of here while I am traveling. Also, the cameras let you see what your babies are up to when you’re missing them and wanting to make sure they are ok. I’m so happy with this daycare and recommend it to any other pet parents that care a lot about their furry babies!

My dog Gracie has stayed here and she loves the staff, they are affectionate, loving staff and they call her by name, give her great belly rubs. She looks forward and gets super excited coming here. They take it serious and are very organized. Youre able to see your dog walking in to meet her friends through the TV screens they have in the front desk. Theyre very transparent on everything. The Meet and Greet free session is great just in case your dog doesnt get along w other dogs. They do offer training though. Thank you for my peace of mind. 🐕‍🦺🐾

GROOMING - they did a wonderful job grooming my havanese!!! They cut enough hair off to help him keep cool during the summer, but left enough to prevent him from looking like an overgrown rat.

We love Woofs Play and Stay! We are moving back from Jacksonville, Florida, where our dog went to a really small daycare. We had a close relationship with all of the employees there, and they treated our dog like she was their own. We have tried another daycare here in Wichita, but it just didnt measure up. I am so glad that we found Woofs. We are always greeted by someone who knows our dog by name and I can tell they take such good care of her. Our dog LOVES going, she can hardly contain herself when we pull in AND she comes home absolutely exhausted. The report cards are such a sweet touch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My dog started going last August at 8 months old to start getting socialized, and has loved it from the start. They get the same happy wiggle when she sees them that she gives to us. Also, love the pictures and report cards.

Their prices are high and they referred me to their website rather than provide a personal response. Image seems to be too important to them.

They took great care of Penny, especially since it was her first visit. The facility is clean and bright and the team is friendly and reassuring. I particularly enjoyed getting a Daily Report Card with photos since Penny was there for two nights and three days. Well be back soon.

We just started taking our Australian Shepherd there, as she needed somewhere to exert her energy, and loves to play with other dogs. I would recommend this place, as all the staff is very nice, and you can tell they are dog lovers. We can drop off our Emma Grace and not have to worry as we know she’s having a blast. Now she almost breaks down the door when we get there just to get in and play. We are very thankful we found Woofs Play and Stay!🐾🐾🐾It has been several months now that we have taken our Emma Grace to Woofs. We became very suspicious, because we grew to know the workers there, and was always very friendly. However, for some reason, they have a BIG change in employees. It seemed as tho they was either getting fired or quit, so we would go in just to find new employees. There has to be reasons they are either quitting or getting fired. The groomer also quit. It’s nice to be able to take your pup somewhere and see familiar faces, and be on a first name basis with them. So because of that, we haven’t been back in many months. Which is too bad, because EmmaGrace loved going. However she also liked seeing familiar faces and not strangers all the time.

We drop off our dog once a week, she jumps out of the car not even waiting for me because she knows what is inside. So I am hoping this is my dogs reaction and means she loves it. It also wears her out the next day and shes passed out most of the day. I do love the fact that I can check in on the live feed and they send me a report card. Only thing I worry about is that we take food for her and she wont eat anything while she is there.... So not sure what that is all about.

I live in Kansas City but travel to Wichita frequently to visit family so I have taken my dog to Woofs for both daycare and even a couple of over nights. My dog has so much fun and comes home happy and tired. The staff is great & I love that i get photos and updates during the day when she’s there. Thanks Woofs!

I love this place, they treat my fur baby and myself like family. I will not ever take him anywhere else if I dont have to, as far as I am concerned this is the best place in Wichita for boarding and daycare!

I will never bring my dog here again, the first encounter gal I talked to was super reassuring and sweet. However not even 20 minutes after dropping my 7 month old Saint Bernard off , I get a phone call saying he’s too aggressive with other dogs and that once I neuter him then he’s welcome back. Well, first of all, he’s not aggressive by all means, his bestfriend is a bird, and he’s been around other dogs his entire life. Also, if you know anything about large breed dogs, is you cannot get them fixed before 18 months old or it stunts their growth and hurts them in the long run. He is a big puppy that doesn’t know his size. His “playing” is pouncing around and barking. And I told this to the first employee I spoke with and she assured me that she would let them know. I paid the $5 to watch the live cam too ensure he was taken care of and playing okay. I sat and watched my dog “play” like he does with every other dog he encounters . They only gave him (not even) 10 minutes before they decided to remove the dog. His bark is loud yes, but if you would just watch, he never opens his mouth near a dog, he is just vocal. Clearly they cannot handle large breed puppies, and don’t give them a chance to settle down or even get to know the dog before declaring that they are aggressive. They automatically assume that because they put a female dog in with him, (that appeared to be half his size) that his problem is he needs neutered. Let me also add that he has been around female dogs that aren’t spayed, so maybe their female was in heat and if that’s the case, (whether she’s fixed or not) why would you put a dog that’s in heat around male dogs.

I will start with the fact that my dog does NOT enjoy going to the vet or the groomers. That being said. When I dropped my dog off to get some playtime in while we ran some errands for the day, he was resistant (of course). But, when I arrived to pick my mini schnauzer up, and the young lady was telling me about my dog’s stay, I saw him in the play area behind the glass. When the other young lady came toward my dog to pick him up, he coward down into the corner and began to shake with his head down. My dog doesn’t even do that going to the vet OR groomers!! I was livid. I will NEVER use this service again!! He was not himself for the rest of the night.

Great facility with a great staff! My pup can be a lot to handle but the staff made me feel comfortable about leaving her there and she did amazing! I could tell they were well experienced and cared about the dogs visiting for the day. They spent time talking to me about my dog’s day and I love that they sent report cards throughout the day. Plus the live stream is pretty cool, you can check in on your dog whenever you want.

The Staff were Wonderful and Courteous on the phone! They are thorough when reviewing records of your pets shots which puts me at ease as far as knowing my pet will be taken care of. I cant wait for doggy daycare next time I visit the area. They go above and beyond the expectations needed for great customer experience and service. My best friend called for grooming and may try them out due to the kindness shown on the phone, the knowledge and price of the grooming. I also like the fact that they have drop off daycare if they are not too busy. Gracie Faith had a Wonderful Time. I could visit my brothers from out of state knowing that she would be safe! The staff is just as friendly in person as they are on the phone. Please give them a chance!!

We took our dog to Woof’s Play & Stay last Saturday. The staff are all very friendly and you can tell they love dogs.The facility is awesome! They can separate the dogs into different rooms depending on the dogs personality and each room has a large outside play area too. Our dog loved running in and out all day. He was exhausted when we got home.It was fun being able to login to their website and watch the live camera feeds.Check them out, you’ll be glad you did and so will your dog!

I LOVE Woofs! Their facility is so nice and clean, and the staff absolutely loved my dogs! I am confident they are in great hands when they are with them, and when I check the web cameras they are getting loved on by the staff. I also loved the digital report card that was texted to me during their stay! I am so impressed with the fact that I can check the web cameras and see where they are, I feel like they arent trying to hide anything!

I LOVE this place. I have a 90lb English Mastiff that stayed his first night yesterday. I watched him on the webcam in the play areas & the Pack leaders were very interactive with him (and the others in his room). They sent a cute report card letting me know how he was doing and even included pictures. Grimm will become a regular here. Highly recommend

I took my dog Walter in last Sunday to get groomed and he still smells fabulous and feels great almost a week later. They made his visit feel personal and extra special. I will definitely be going back.

So far I’ve taken my little French bulldog to see Kristen at Woofs twice. He comes out smelling great, he’s happy and looks good. I’ve used Kristin for years but she just switched over to Woofs play and stay, the facility is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Kristen for all of your grooming needs

When we found out a new doggie daycare was coming to Wichita, we jumped on getting the dogs registered online. The process was seamless. My wife was able to fill out all paperwork and upload the vaccination records easily. We dropped our two pups off at 7:30 am opening day and was greeted by the friendly ladies at the desk. The ladies are very attentive and had noticed our Petey was feeling overwhelmed and allowed him to hang out up front with them. I know Petey preferred that vs being put up in a room. Now that the dogs are home, they are fast asleep!I knocked off one star since you have to download and PAY for and app to watch your dogs on the web cam. All in all though, our dogs will be back at Woofs Play and Stay!!

The staff is always professional and welcoming! My “go to” spot in town for anything from a simple nail trim/bath, to play time and boarding! Highly recommend! ❤️

I didn’t think Quinn would want to come home after his stay at Woofs Play & Stay Wichita. He had an absolute blast!! I never knew a border collie could be so tired. Whitney was so sweet and definitely knew what she was doing! They even sent him home with his favorite tennis ball from today. We can’t wait for next week! ❤️

Oakley our golden retriever loved having Kristin do her Christmas grooming at Woof’s Play & Stay. Although she knows Kristin it was her first trip to Woof’s Play. & Stay. It was a wonderful experience for us and by the excited happy dog we picked up it was a great experience for her too!

I took my two Aussiedoodles here to get cut and loved it, took my Bernedoodle here too and she got nicked with a razor in three spots and was not told about it hence three stars

Kristin always does a great job grooming my sassy Shih Tzu that isnt the easiest to deal with. Her haircut always looks great!

I think for the price point..they should interact with the babies more.i watch on camera and most of the time my furbies are just laying on a bed

I was so excited when I got to watch Jax playing at the daycare on my computer. I also received a report card on my phone letting me know how Jax was doing complete with the names and breeds of his new doggie friends. This daycare is state of the art! We were so happy that Jax was well cared for, made some new friends, and had fun playing. My husband really likes their hours as well.
