Ive had wonderful care from this office for years from everyone on the staff. The front desk staff is very friendly, the billing department is helpful with any insurance questions I may have, and Dr Shaver and his nursing team have always made sure to work to continue to find the best ways to treat my ankylosing spondylitis and chronic pain.

Not aggressive in finding out answers. Front desk is not friendly and they lied about giving an appointment reminder call. Very dissatisfied.

I have been seeing Dr Shaver for couple of years now. He is a great doctor, i fully recommend him to anyone.

My experience has been nothing but positive. Over the last two years that I have been going to Dr shaver I am able to get around so much better period I always get excellent care from the doctor his PA and all of his staff are excellent. Highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shaver. He knew what tests to do and was on it when the wrong test came back, and had them do it right. He gave me shots in my feet for Mortons Neuroma and was so accurate and gentle. I havent found any doctor that can do them as well as he. I have to see other doctors because his receptionist said I threw a clip board at her. Not funny. I did not. It slipped off the raised counter and she was trying to get me out of there because it was late.

The best Rheumatologist around! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fybro Myalgia. I have seen several RA Docs. Dr. Shaver and his team have done more for me than anyone else.

Dr shaver treated my daughter with compassion and was very well bed side mannered !! As a mother I was prob terrible in our first appt but he directly put his attention on my daughter , talked to her with eye contact the entire time and at the end asked me if I had any questions and I loved that because he was talking with my daughter not about my daughter to me . With her being on 14 that was very important to me because it’s her disease she’s living with and now is comfortable with it because of him !!

Very bad. No follow-up with diagnosis. No concern for pain. They took my money and did nothing for me.

No one in this office will diagnose the conditions they specialize in. Do not waste your time or money on this doctor or anyone in this office.
