Been with this office since 2015. It has slowly gotten worse and worse every year. Can’t keep staff. Very rude. Horrible customer service, dirty office, long wait times, and inconsistent practices. Lost my blood work before a big surgery and tried to charge me to come back in to retake it. Prescribed me steroid pills for allergies and told me to come back the following Friday for a shot and again tried to charge me when I was already seen and diagnosed the prior day. Have had several other clients say they always make them come back for the same thing days later just to rack up medical bills. Anytime I would ask for a blood test, medication, or voice a concern I was completely disregarded and sent home. Over all a very unprofessional office. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time and money.

My family and I have been going to see Dr Sitha and Richard Miller since 2016 when we moved to Wichita. At first everything was excellent. Staff was great. The doctors and nurses were great. For the last year or so they have not been able to keep the same staff members and the ones currently there are rude. My daughter has been waiting for a referral for over a month and my insurance is still saying they haven’t received anything from the doctors. I call to ask about it and get transferred to the office manager and I never get transferred my call disconnects. Normally I would say this office is great but the office staff needs major attention.

I recently moved here from Dallas,Tx and was referred to Dr. Miller. Upon entering the facility i was welcomed by smiling faces and a welcoming atmosphere. The check in process was smooth and to the point, didn’t have a ton of paperwork. Everything is electronic and they even have an app that lets you order refills and not bother with calling in and leaving a message. I’ve found that since I’ve been a patient that I get the kind of treatment I deserve. Very caring physicians and the staff goes out there way to make it an easy experience. Really seems like a “family” not just another Dr’s office.

Visited this office plenty of times for a check up for my family. We never had any problems and the staff has been nothing but kind and professional. Family friendly office and very thorough with our medical care.

My children have been seeing Dr. Miller for 2 years. he was very kind and good to my children. However, recently we hit a bump in the road. staff was very rude, laughed at everything we said, lied and said our insurance was inactive when I spoke to 5 different state representatives stating that we did in fact have insurance, they insisted we needed to pay $170 or my children would not be seen. I didnt have the money to give them but I tried to get them to talk to the insurance people which I had on the phone right there in the office and they refused. My children deserve better than that and so do yours. Dont go to this doctor.

Terrible office. Have tried to call the office several times in the last few weeks and either got put on hold and then no one comes back on, or I leave a message and no one calls back. They are rude and unorganized. I dont know why they have 2 locations when they cant even seem to keep one running. My child got lab work done and they forgot to send it off, then said they would send it after I called to follow up. I was told I would get a call in a few days with the results. Its been a week and a half and I cant even get someone to answer the phone without being put on hold. Dont waste your time here, go some where else. There are so many better doctors in town.

The doctor office staffing is RUDE. So if your interested in being belittled. This would be PERFECT...however if youre looking to be treated with respect, I would keep looking.

My previous primary care physician sadly had to leave the state, so of course we had to find another one. As easy as picking up the phone or looking online. Not so much! I called 5 or 6 six different practices and was told outright by three of them, sorry you are too old (I am 61) oh, and you take tramadol! Yes I am and yes I do, not because I want to but because I have to!Then I called KMA, they were friendly, professional, courteous, everything I had come to expect from our previous Doctors office. They were interested in me, not just as a patient, but as a person. I have a chronic condition that has been with me for nearly 20 years, Dr Sitha Miller had just returned from a pain management seminar, and instead of the usual lets try these that I had come to expect.I heard something that sounded like music to my ears, I think I can really help with this, and YES she did! The condition will always be there, but now for the first time in a long time, I am getting some relief. If you want a professional team, that CARES, this is the place for you!You may not always be seen exactly on time, why not? Because Doctor Miller is happy to talk to her patients, put their mind at ease and do what a good Docotr should do, she listens!
