Very little wait time for seeing Dr. Gluck and little wait time for follow up X-ray as well. I am satisfied that he offered the best advice/treatment possible for my issues with my hand. I appreciate his ability to state things in a manner which I understand.

I love this facility, everything in one place. The ridge road location is close to my home too. Its easy access and plenty of parking. Dr Gluck and his staff are very knowledgeable and work as a great team. He was on schedule. Im excited to see some pain relief soon.

Had no waiting. Moved from check in to exrays and he looked at my MRI and examined injury very professional. Explained and treated injury explaining everything he was going to do and follow through with my injury to take care of my injury. Was reassured and felt I had a very good understanding of my injury and how it could be taken care of. From the front desk and everyone I saw was very professional. I was very happy with my appointment.

My surgery and recovery experience were fantastic. The care during recovery after both my carpal tunnel surgeries were top notch. I would recommend to anyone who needs to have this surgery done.

Experience was good. Dr Gluck did a great job. I was given a brace that was $10 at Walmart. They said theyd charge my insurance and I got a $200 bill in the mail. I wish someone would have warned me that Id have to pay out of pocket for it. There was no warning or apology.

Dr. Gluck took amazing care of my daughter! She had a broken finger and 13 weeks out you cant even tell she had surgery!! He walked is through every step during the process. He always made both my daughter and myself feel like we really understand what was going on. We definitely had a wonderful experience.

Long wait. Every fine after being called back.

We like the dr but the wait time was horrible - the lady sitting next to us had the same appt time as we did. We were 45 minutes late getting taken back to xray even and when I said something to the girl taking us back that they were sure running late I got no response - no Im sorry - we are running behind - just no response at all. Maybe need to not overbook - so that people get in and out in a reasonable time!

He was on time. Staff were personable and caring

MADE AN APPT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE APPT, SHOWED UP TO MY APPT....FOR AN 830 AM....DROVE 20 MILES TO THE FACILITY ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WAS EARLY AND MY APPT WASNT UNTIL THE AFTERNOON...THAT THE DOC WASNT EVEN THERE....SO THANKS FOR EFFING UP ON THE SCHEDULING OF MY APPT AND WASTING MY TIME AND GAS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY INCOMPETENT. DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY FOR THE EFF UP. WANTED ME TO GO HOME AND COME BACK AT THE OTHER TIME. I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL IT, I CALLED MY INSURANCE AND FOUND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TOO. IF THEY CANT EVEN SCHEDULE THE APPT AT THE CORRECT TIME WHEN THE DOC IS ACTUALLY IN THE OFFICE, I DONT NEED TO BE SEEN THERE.ALSO I NEVER GOT AN APPT REMINDER PRIOR SO THE MISTAKE COULD OF BEE AVOIDED. NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN.
