Dr.Phu V Trouong has the worst bedside manner Ive ever encountered!

Blatant age discrimination by demanding to know your graduation year. Wouldnt recommend applying here unless you condone that kind of behavior.

They dont keep the family informed.

Dr. Dennis Moore, Jr. is just superb! He is very thorough, professional, friendly, and most of all his expertise has cured me of follicular non-hodgkins lymphoma going on 8 years now. His staff is very good and friendly along with the folks at the front desk in room 403. Thanks to them all for the great care! I highly recommend Dr. Dennis Moore, Jr.!

I was always treated with respect and dignity during my Chemotherapy treatments. All of the oncology nurses that took care of me always made me feel hopeful that I would beat cancer and I did.Dr Jeremy Deutsch my oncologist always had a smile on his face and always was concerned about my health and well-being.

I have several specialists and have traveled to many other facilities (still do).For the size and location, this is the best. I work with Phu Truong and his BMT staff. Have since 2011.There are some places and staff I would like to avoid. But Im very satisfied with him, his BMT team or nurses, and the office staff that has helped me.Find a Dr you are comfortable with and can communicate with. If its too difficult, ask for another. Not everyone is meant to work together. Same for nurses. You are the boss.

My Oncologist is ok, but the business office is rude and horrible. If you are behind on any payments, they harrass you and if you visit them, they are downright rude. My insurance covers most of my bills, and my secondary should cover the remaining balance. It works on all my other doctors, so why not them? They are rude when they should at least treat us with respect.
