Finally a doctor that treats his patients with respect and has the best bed side manor Ive ever had from a doctor especially one thats in a specific specialty. Great staff and everyone in that office listens to everything you have to say

Dr. Hawley performed my 3 year old sons tonsillectomy, and did an excellent job. My sons speech therapist said there was a new physician in town who was excellent with both children and adults... I was surprised when she said Dr. Hawley because he was in my class growing up. I hadnt realized he was back in town.My husband asked if we could trust him with our sons life and I joked that I wouldve trusted him to do the procedure in high school! He was the smartest, kindest, most well-rounded kid in my class growing up.I am very grateful he is back in Wichita. Hes an incredible doctor and we are lucky to have him here! Youll be in great hands.

Dr. Hawley did a bad job on my sinus surgery. At the follow-up he just kept nodding when I said he didnt do one side. I got a new consultation with a different doctor. He told me what I already knew, that I needed another surgery. A lot of money but mostly the horrible pain I went through for nothing.

Dr. Hawley performed two surgeries for my now 4 year old son. He was very knowledgeable, extremely considerate of my feelings and answered all of my questions. I had two great experiences with nothing bad to say! *surgeries performed: tubes put in both ears and adenoids removed as well as a tonsillectomy* -Highly recommend-

Dr Ben Hawley was great. He was professional, listened to me and not only told me the problem but went a step further and showed me. He told me I would have to have surgery and to schedule it with scheduler. That is where the problems started to come up.It is now three days later and after asking me if it was okay to call instead of scheduling it on the day I was in the office, She NEVER answers her phone and she NEVER returns the phone calls. Will I am sorry wrong. she called me on the cell phone which I explained to her before I left that I would not have access to that phone while at work. I am at a loss as to my next step. Everyone was so nice when I was actually in the office.

Dr. Hawley and staff have been great. His staff have been pleasent and always quick to work us in when needed. Dr hawley has a great bedside manner and made sure to talk to my son and explain things to him. He communicates well and is honest. Great doctor.

Our experience with Dr. Hawley has been wonderful! His bedside manner is warm and approachable, and my son was very comfortable with him. I was especially impressed with the way he spoke with my son - often, physicians either speak AT a child or just talk to the parents, but he actually conversed with my kid and asked him questions directly. He explains things thoroughly and in a way a lay person can understand. Id definitely recommend Dr. Hawley to anyone in need of an ENT.

I cannot say enough for how thankful I am for Dr. Hawley. His bedside manner is genuine and he comforted me when I had an anxiety attack from an anti-nausea drug prior to surgery.I had a deviated septum, nasal polyps, inflammation in many areas of sinuses and had fairly extensive sinus surgery last Thursday.I have a 2 week recovery and I am back to work 4 days later and am already started to get back my sense of smell. Didnt even have to have splints put in and the packing was removed prior to me being discharged.Im so thankful to have Dr. Hawley as my ENT. I would recommend him for anyone considering septoplasty or other sinus surgery.

Dr. Hawley is an amazing ENT and his care for me before, during, and after my trachea surgery was top notch! Wichita is sure blessed to have such an amazing Doctor!!
