The staff at Wichita Endodontics create a calm and professional atmosphere. I was impressed with the entire experience. Dr Divine explained my root canal well and answered my questions thoroughly. He was efficient and obviously experienced with the procedure and kind and easy going with his assistants. The staff are organized and supportive of one another which creates a positive environment. That is critical during an anxiety induced experience when receiving dental work. I would highly recommend this facility without hesitation.

Every single staff member here was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The dental assistant walked me through the whole procedure before it was to begin and made sure I felt comfortable. My insurance had unknowingly lapsed and I was unable to pay for a root canal procedure. The dentist offered to do another procedure to take care of my tooth pain temporarily at a discounted price. Having been suffering from tooth pain for over 2 months, I am so extremely grateful to this staff for giving me a temporary treatment option until I get my insurance back. The dentist was so kind and made sure I was not anxious about the procedure and ensured it would not hurt. It was quick and painless. I took my wife there for an evaluation. From the minute we walked in, there was someone ready to help. Guiding us through the registration process and making sure everything was correct made things more comfortable for both of us. The dental assistant was thorough, understanding, supportive and very knowledgeable in the details of what we were there for and what we could expect from our visit. The doctor, Shayne Perry, was calm, comforting and very well versed in the nuances of the treatment my wife required. We’re scheduling for the next visit, this time for the procedure he recommended, and my wife is far calmer now, knowing that she’ll get the most benefit from a team that has a hard focus on her health and satisfaction.

I went here for a root canal recently. I was incredibly nervous because of the horror stories you hear about root canals. Dr. Luong was amazing and put me at ease. Dr Butler had to complete 2 root canals for me. I had a little bit of anxiety in the beginning but after it calmed down everything went smoothly. They were able to fully retreat the roots of myOne tooth, thankfully there was no waiting 30 days to treat it then actually work on it and completed a root canal on another tooth next to it. He was polite and the office was great. His assistant that day was also great and explained everything well. I would highly recommend them. And if I weren’t about to move out of state I would use them again in the future. Extremely pleased with my experience there.

This was my second root canal repair with Dr. Luong and his assistant Claire. Having dental work is no fun and can cause a lot of anxiety, but not with these two! Dr. Divine makes a root canal super easy! Barely an inconvenience. The process was explained enough that I understood what was going to happen while leaving all the things out that would have caused me to freak out since I was already more apprehensive about the procedure than most adults probably would be. He worked quickly and the procedure was painless. If youve got to have one, I recommend Dr. Divine. If you dont need one, this probably isnt the place for you.

Strongly recommend this place for root canal. I had a really bad experience last time I had a root canal at another place. So I started having a panic attack and everyone was so patient and understanding and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. Procedure went really fast and painless and the next day I only have pain if I bite on that tooth and Im sure that will subside within a few days. Thank you so much!!

I had a root canal done about nine years ago and it was finished properly. So I had to have a second root canal done and I was sent to Wichita Endodontics. I was terrified. No one likes root canals and have it done twice one one tooth, I thought was going to be terrible. Thankful Dr. Divine and Courtney were amazing. Very caring, gentle and understanding. I had a great experience. I’m very thankful!

I was nervous about the experience. They have Saturday hours and I thought it was just going to be a consult but they were able to go ahead and do the root canal that morning. They were amazing, very friendly and explained all of the things and answered all of my questions. It was a painless procedure and I left feeling much better then I had when I came in. The pain in my tooth was gone and I had minimal swelling and discomfort and was even able to eat Thanksgiving dinner without problem 4 days after the root canal was done. I definitely recommend them and will utilize their services again should I have need for another root canal due to old fillings and cracked teeth.

Today I had a procedure done at Wichita Endodontics. Everything went fine until I overheard a conversation between staff members about a positive Covid test.After my procedure was completed, and the last x-rays were taken and instructions were being given to me, I heard a staff member commenting how it had been an insane day because of several employees quarantining. I could not believe my ears!I was asked to remove my mask the entire time they worked on me, which makes sense since they worked in my mouth, but I took it off assuming that I would be safe, but was I?How in the world is this dental office still conducting business as usual, without disclosing to its patients that someone had tested positive for Covid? At least give us the information beforehand, so we can decide if we wish to take the risk to proceed. Needless to say, I could not get out of that office fast enough!Tomorrow I will be reporting this incident to the Sedgwick County Health Dept. Hopefully they will investigate and close this business down until our safety is guaranteed!Response to Ownerships/Managements reply:I find your reply unacceptable and repulsive! My original complaint had to do with non-disclosure to me/customers to one (or more) positive Covid test(s). To characterize blame on an unprofessional conversation I overheard between staff members not only misses my point entirely, it fails to address why ownership/management chose to NOT disclose it to patients and other stakeholders? If also fails to provide any facts or answers, such as: was there there a patient(s) and/or staff member(s) who actually tested positive (Y/N)? If so, how many (#) and when, on what (dates)? Was a complete deep clean and sterilization of the offices performed after the positive tests became known (Y/N)?Clearly the fact the were a number of employees quarantined implies there was at least one positive test (or more) and this was not disclosed that to me in advance of, or prior to, my (and other patients) appointment(s). This is both reckless and negligent!Ownership and management has the responsibility to make the decision to disclose, as well as whether or not to close the business temporarily. Blaming it on a unprofessional conversation between staff members is cowardly and unprofessional, in my opinion. The ethics and professionalism of ownership and its management are in question, not the actions or professionalism of its worker bee staff.Ive just spent the past week in fear that I may have been infected and, after getting a Covid test yesterday, I must now wait another 3-5 days before knowing...

I went to the office on Hillside after being told I probably needed my first root canal. I was honestly terrified of the whole situation and unsure of what to expect. As soon as I walked in the door everyone was helpful and kind to me. Everything was explained to me before it happened, I was part of the final decision to do the root canal, and was told all that it entailed. Dr. Butler did the procedure for me, and was very kind and considerate. He took his time making sure everything was done right. Every step of the way they made sure that I was comfortable and consistently asked if I was feeling any pain or needed a break. It only took an hour for the root canal, and I was able to go to work comfortably. After it was over they made sure to explain future care and that I should call if I had any issues. Overall very satisfied with this office, but as they even said I hope not to have to return!
