Have had great service from the dentist and all hygienists. My experience on the phone today with the receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending. Patients paying that much for orthodontics should be treated with more respect.

My appointment went so smooth I dont think it could have been any better unless it was free. It was a great experience and the stuff was so helpful. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Had an excellent experience at Wheatland. After more than 30 years without seeing a dentist I was apprehensive to say the least. Went in for a cracked tooth. They were able to fix me all up with no issues in about an hour and a half. Very professional and caring. Zero pain. Couldnt have asked for a better outcome.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding! Ive recently started the Invisalign with them back in April. These ladies explain the process every step of the way. Desiree welcomes me as I walk in the door and makes sure Im all set with my appointments. During my follow ups Dr. Khanani assisted by LaToya or Kara will ask me questions on how my Invisalign is fitting and if I have any concerns. I couldnt be happier with the results. Every time I visit its like visiting family!

I had a great experience! Yenni was my hygienist and she did a great job. She talked me through each step so I knew what she was seeing and what it meant for my dental health. She took extra time to be thorough since it had been a while since my last cleaning. Dr. Khanani was also kind and thorough. They both took into consideration my goals for my teeth and helped me come up with a plan to get there. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Khanani is my dentist, she is always very professional and personal. She gets straight to the point of what I need to know. They are always welcoming and friendly.My hygienist, Yennie, went above and beyond for my cleaning, she saw I was on the calendar and set aside my favorite flavor in fluoride! It’s the small things that matter most.

Overall, I had a very bad experience. I just wanted a regular cleaning but the dentist was very pushy on having me go for an upgraded cleaning which is not covered by my insurance company. She was also insisting me to come for future visits and almost forced me and scheduled a future appointment even though I told her that Id call her in a few days and let her know. Id never recommend this place to my friends and family and Ill never go to this place ever again! If you want to WASTEFULLY spend your hard earned money on things that you DONT want, then this is the best place for you!

I called and very professionally asked if they were interested in learning about Point of Care Rapid Covid-19 testing for their patients and staff. Kelsey, who answered the phone and said she was the office manager, said the Dentist is not interested in that at this time. When I asked if I could send her my information if she changed her mind down the road, she hung up on me. Wow. You can just say no thank you. Too bad their office manager is seriously lacking in social graces.

We have always had great experiences at Wheatland Dental! Our hygienist Yennie is great with my kids, conscientious, and always clarifies the details and cost of each procedure before she does it (suuuuuper appreciated when we are basically cash pay). Dr. Khanani is efficient, kind, and takes time to answer every question.

The staff is all super empathic and extremely kind. I was relieved and surprised to be surrounded by experts that had incredible bedside manner. Truly, one of the overall best experiences that I have had as a patient from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I emphatically recommend this medical practice.

All of staff are very professional and curious. The dental assistant are well educated and do a very good job. The Doctor is the best. She tries to save her patients money, and today that is so valuable to have a great Dr. And cares about her patients.

I absolutely do not recommend Wheatland Family Dental. The front desk staff is extremely rude and lacks the professional skills to handle a situation where they are clearly in the wrong. They clearly have poor communication skills within the office resulting in poor commutation with customers. Additionally, I had multiple fillings done here where I repeatedly told them it hurt and that I wasn’t numb and they continued the dental work anyways. The doctor I saw also failed on multiple occasions to follow up with me on treatment plans that she said she would contact me about. All in all- I cannot give a recommendation for this dental office.

First impression was amazing. The office is beautiful, the front desk staff is so friendly. I had a cleaning with Sarah and she was absolutely fabulous! She took her time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I was comfortable and understood everything that would be happening. I usually have a lot of anxiety about any dental procedures, but Sarah did an amazing job of making me feel at ease the whole time! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I am 100% afraid of the dentist. The ladies at this office made me feel almonds safe while still having fun. Yanni did my dental cleaning and she will be my dental hygienist forever now! Latoya is the business she helped with my feelings. And dr. K is a beautiful individual who is kind and understands that people have feelings that need to be dealt with as well! This is the first time Ive ever had a dental visit of any store where I have experience zero discomfort. I had a full cleaning and two fillings done. The prices were extraordinarily reasonable as well. And I talked to me about them out front before anything was done. 100% would recommend this entire office!

This place is FANTASTIC! Was laid off at spirit and worked with me to get all the dental plan work done that they recommended before insurance expired! Dr. Khanani and everyone that had a helping hand is EXCELLENT! They only give me five stars for a rating but they deserve 10 stars. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr K, Sarah and Kelsey were amazing! I love wheatland family dental any day but today they went above and beyond. I came for a cleaning and needed a filling done but had a very bored, energetic 6 year old with me so they were able to take him to play and be occupied while I got my work done. I am beyond satisfied with my first visit with this Dentistry. My tech was very nice and helpful. She did a great job of talking through everything she was examining on my teeth and making sure I understood what the results were. After my cleaning I met the Dentist who was very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. The visit ended with a person from the front desk coming back to explain to me what the costs of my future filling would be. This was extremely helpful because it gave me a realistic heads up to save up the money to cover the cost so I’m not hit with a surprise bill a week after my next visit. I have never had a more pleasing trip to the dentist, and I was told I have cavities. Just goes to show you the level of care I received. I’m glad I took a chance to switch doctors and am so excited to have this team be my future Dentistry!

A very nice staff, and equally nice facilty. Staff acknowledge you upon arrival. Doctor and dental hygienists are very thoughtful and professional. They explain all procedures in detail and asks clarifying questions to their patients. At the end of your appointment, clerical staff go over all payment responsibilities and payment options. They get to know you, which is really pleasant.My husband and I could not be more pleased. Well done!

I highly recommend Wheatland Dental Care, Ive been researching for a week to find a dentist that I felt matched what I was needing. Im usually not one to like dentist to much, but they were warm and welcoming and explained exactly what was going on. They did just what needed to be done and didnt suggest things I didnt need. Dr. Kern is amazing and so is her entire staff. Already made my second appointment.

A more thorough cleaning and exam and oral cancer screening I have never had in the past. Technology is top notch. Very clean facility. Very comfortable bright waiting area. The dentist spent a great deal of time examining. Far more than any dentist in my past has ever spent.Prices are competitive, value far exceeds.

New to Wichita and tried this dentist and we were very disappointed.Canceled daughter appointment without telling us (messing up our Friday and weekend plans).In my case, the dental hygiene was too pushy on wanting to do extra cleaning that was not covered by insurance and would require two additional visits. The dentist was more concern about the hygiene person opinion than my concerns. When I insisted on just a standard cleaning, I thought the quality was poor compared to my previous doctor (pacific northwest) of over 35 years. And they mademe feel guilty. And there was more issues..... My wife was also not impressed.

Always a pleasure to come in and recieve the best of care. Plus they take Care Credit and do *most* procedures in house.

They gave me details about the work/cost that needed to be done, and they answered all my questions. I feel comfortable and welcomed whenever I walk through those doors.
