We have been taking the kids to Dr. Browns office since they opened the East 21st Street location. Great service. Doc and staff are great to work with.

Dr Brown is great, however his staff is not friendly, waiting room is always dirty, not vacuumed, and none of the games work...my sons last visit he got a cleaning and the girl didnt put a bib in him and slung stuff all over his shirt, when he said something hurt and was stuck in between his teeth she said wait and finished what she was doing and he was about to cry...she was rough and not sympathetic to a 7 yr old...if it werent for Dr Brown being so good we would leave...
