Up until my last visit the other day I’ve been very pleased but I went in yesterday for my final fit and the girl who assisted me seemed to be in an extreme hurry. First she dropped my temporary bottom set which isn’t a big deal but after I did my wax molding and got my temporary’s back is when I found out that they had been broken in half and not even fixed I live an hour away and my permanent set isn’t going to be done for 5-7 days so it’s left me having to pay for a repair kit to fix it and so far it hasn’t worked for me. Also when she took my impressions she was pressing so hard her hand slipped and my face was covered in plaster. I’m just hoping when I go to get my permanent set it’s done a little more professional and as much as I payed there done correctly

Wonderful experience so far, haven’t started the major work yet, but staff is very nice what with explaining procedures and giving education. Doctor is also very personable and efficient

Took my elderly mom for exam a while back with Dr and his dental assistant Valerie, Dr Nguyen came into introduced him self and went over detail of treatment for my mom, Valerie explain in detail the process from start to finish and what mom will expect during the healing process. I was very please, I know that she will have to be patient during the whole process while healing because mom is very impatient. As long as Im a ware of the process which can take up to 12 months and all detail was explain and understood. Im very comfortable with the facility to take care of my mom. I understood the whole concept of wearing denture because I am a denture wear patient...

Terrible experience. Teeth dont fit and my gums hurt. Cant eat very well. First lady that worked with me was very rude. The second one was very nice. It seems to me that all they care about is getting their money. They dont care about the patients. Will never recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone.

I am impressed with the amount of care and love everyone at this practice showed me. The dental assistant was amazing makes you feel comfortable explaining everything from start to finish. The dentist is amazing also his chair side manner was the best I have experienced at a dental office very caring and understanding to my situation. The lady at the front desk he smile will light up ur day also amazing and caring. I am scheduled for my extraction on October 15th cant wait to have a pretty smile again. I would highly recommend this place.

I had my finals done with Val which took care of me through the entire process, I also upgraded to a ultimate package which is well worth it after wearing temp for almost a year during healing process. After receiving the finals all i needed was only a few adjustments & i will only work with Val which is very knowledgeable and caring.

Husband had a appointment Saturday July 24 after they told him would be same day service. Called later to tell him that they will be closing at noon and his dentures would be ready Monday Tuesday latest no word since then called today to see about the dentures and got a voice recording that was closed till Monday. No phone call or anything to let him know. Very poor service and communication and Affordable dentures will never use them again and will not recommend for anyone to go to them.

This was my first visit. There was an hour1/2 wait time. Very brief visit with the actual dentist. Felt rushed and under informed. Staff was friendly. Answered my questions. Will see if the next visit is better.

What I have experienced so far has been great but I dont have my dentures back yet, so cant completely give a full service review yet. They say Affordable Dentures and this for the most part is probably true but as bad as I got screwed at Cambridge Family Dentistry over these dentures and mini implants, it is costing me an extra $1500 to $1800 because of the worthless unprofessional job Cambridge did 3 different times. The wax impressions they have done show to be fitting MUCH MUCH better than any of the Cambridge dentures. A full complete review will be completed once i get my new dentures in

I am very pleased that I chose Affordable Dentures as the office for my future dentures. The dentist & all his staff were very friendly & informative. Their prices are very reasonable. I was also very impressed with how clean the entire office was.

So far they haven’t treated me well maybe because I’m elderly they have not fixed my bottom teeth and all I can do is wear my top teeth. I had a heart attack after the teeth were pulled and they keep canceling my appointments. I am forgiving though, if they make things right and take care of my bottom and top teeth to fit correctly so I can at least eat then I will write a very different review. I have had poor treatment from Valerie. Please treat your elderly patience and respect and do what you say you will.

Affordable Dentures offers a valuable service at a reduced price. The wait time was linger than most, but there was no sense of being rushed through once it was your turn. The staff was very friendly and professional and the finished product was very satisfactory. The savings made it well worth the wait.

Im about to call the financial institution to recoup my money! My mom is visiting me from the Caribbean and visited the office 7/20, we have paid forservice and they have now disappeared up through now no word nothing- unacceptable especially they couldnt offer a discount that day it wasnt affordable as their name sake. I will not be recommending them my feeling I should have taken her to my own dentist😐

Dr. Nguyen and his nurses were the best. I was told what to expect at every turn. Dr. Nguyen kept telling me I was an awesome patient and I was doing great. I wont sugar coat the pain afterwards. He removed 13 teeth and filed some bones and today is the worst pain ever...i hope its worth it in the long run.

My first set was made in Nebraska which i could not ever wear it at all that was a wasted of money. After reading the review Ive seen some negative and positive but thats their opinions. I wanted to experience the service my self thats why I drove 4 hrs to get my second set. Im very please with the service and my denture fit perfect i didnt need any adjustments. Everyone was very nice including my assistant, I felt very comfortable and pleased with the entire visit.

After waiting for over an hour I do not feel like I got the attention or help I needed. I qas there to have my dentures which I got 2 months prior adjusted and re fit. They did not really do anything. I also inquired about implant prices. I got an estimated cost and was told that I could schedule to remake my dentures. The dentist wasnt even there. Feeling very frustrated.

Getting dentures is no fun but the people who work here are a delight. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The finished product is excellent and ready very quickly. I highly recommend to anyone who needs this service.

They r cheap. So nice until they get your $.My top dentures were tight & hurt immediately, they suggested I wear few days, so I did.Week later had trouble getting thru by ph to make appointment. They had been on vacation but did not put on msg.Told to come around 11:30 or 4 p.m. & theyd work me in.Waited almost hr.Then was rushed. She did not look at teeth n my mouth, just wanted them out, hardly listened to me showing her just needing tiny bit shaved. Came back, teeth were too loose, had not listened to me at all, not taken where I showed at allBEWAREALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

I went there for a free consultation and X-rays I went up to check in and the ladies at the front desk were really nice and welcoming. I waited for maybe an hour before they called my name which didn’t bother me cause they were pretty busy. When I got called back I waited for them to do my X-rays before I saw the dentist which I was really nervous about cause I hate dentists but when he came into the room he could definitely tell that something was wrong. He was very reassuring letting me know that just because I’ve had bad experiences in the past doesn’t mean that all dentists have to be that way and he is there to make people more confident and just wants to help people like me be able to smile again with confidence. He went through what he would have to do and made sure I understood everything. I’m definitely looking forward to going back real soon to get my dental work started. I can’t wait to get it all done and over with so I can start smiling again and I just know that I’m gonna love the outcome.Thanks for making this the best experience I’ve had in a very long time.

The wait was rather long. 1 1/2 hours! But, Staff friendly and Dentist was too. He explained everything to me and genuinely seemed to care about meeting my Dental needs. They require cash up front. They dont file insurance. Im still deciding what Ill do. But, glad I checked it out.

I give this place five star from start to finish. Let me begin by saying I was extremely nervous prior to my first initial exam and then comes the procedure. Ive over come my fear and anxiety because i know treatment needed to proceed because of all of the ongoing infections developed over time. After having the courage to come to my senses & went a head and proceeded with treatment.My appointment for impression was good a little gagging i was a little embarrass but the assistant made me feel comfortable. All off the dental assistance were always professional and polite. Ive never had any bad experience. Dr Nguyen was very kind and knowledgeable about his treatment recommendations. My extractions were painless and my first set (temporary ) denture look even better in my mouth. I was informed that i will wear the first set of denture until i was healed up and then get my other set once Im healed fully which drew me to this place because I havent has a place that will do this kind of service. Other place will have me pull my teeth and return for dentures in couple of months. Who wants to go without teeth for a while. Im already on the final stage and my 2nd set feels and look even better. Ive got my confidence back and Im extremely happy with the service and staff. Oh one thing when u walk in to the office and they know me by your name already its a good thing, these staff has help my through it all and i appreciate the service that was provided. I will be a life long customer.

Great team and doctor. Pain free extraction. Everyone was very nice and helpful. That said, the wait time you have put up with EVERY SINGLE TIME you have a follow up appointment is unacceptable. Ive waited AT LEAST 1/2 hour to an hour past my appointment time before getting in. They need to fix this.

I took my dad here and we both were so impressed with the staff. Everyone was so friendly and nice and willing to answer questions that we had. It was truly a breath of fresh air to have such great customer service. I needed an emergency repair for my denture. I was able to leave it with them for a one day repair. The repair was done well. I had a very pleasant and professional experience with them. My experience this time was exceptional. I broke my top denture Thursday. I called affordable dentures and implants same day. If this would let me go lower then a 1 star I would...they say affordable and that they will work with you but turn around a refuse to do work with out an outrageous amount of money that day...also the place is not clean or sanitized...drove 2 1/2 for them to see my wife for 10 minute and turn us away not even getting to see a dr. they are not worth the time or money.

This has to be one of the most rewarding experience in a long time dealing with a business. You couldnt find a more pleasant group or professionals from the dentist all the way down to the staff. They were expedient with all of the pre-procedures before the final product was completed and was done in a very short time.I love my new dentures and I would recommend them to anyone who has dealt with some of the other dentists in the area and have their share problems which have been many.

Everyone that works here is super nice. Ive been here three times so far and Ive always had a very nice experience. Do to covid-19 the wait time is a little bit long but theyre doing everything that they can to keep it safe and work as many people in as they can everyday, have to give them props for that!

I absolutely loved this place and previously would have given it five stars. I paid for a package that included a temporary partial and then once my gums healed I was to come in for the permanent partial. had a few of my teeth pulled and was given a temporary partial. They sent me on way and told me in about six weeks my gums would be healed and I would need to come back for my permant partial. It was exceptional service. That was in May of 2019. I had just taken a new position and I kept me very busy. Then covid hit at the end of 2019 and lock down began. Everyone knows what 2020 was like. I work in health care with elderly, and going out to appointments in crowded lobbies really wasnt an option. 2021 hit and things calmed down. I scheduled my appt in July 21 to go get my permanent partial. When I got to my appointment the dental assistant told me that my package or whatever expired and even though I had already Pre payed for the partials I wasnt going to be getting them. I asked if I had signed anything stating there was a time line on getting them and she hands me a blank consent, I had to ask her two more times for the consent I signed. When I questioned about covid she stated I dont remember there being covid in 2019. I was flabbergasted as that was when it started. When I asked her to show me where on the consent it had a time line she could not and just kept telling me it was policy. So now I am out at least $1000, but they were nice enough to offer me a fifty percent discount to start the process over again, which I did not except.

This doctors bed side manner is beyond unprofessional. He over books patients and good forbid your a care giver for some and updating their staff and their oxygen and the time left. Then told your rude and need to show compassion. Then right after that statement tell me about another patient violating that person privacy and hipa rights. I will never recommend this place or take my grandfather back there.... worst experience every!!!!!

My experience here was so wonderful from the front office to the lab techs. They all spent all the time that was needed to make everything right and make sure Im happy with the end result. Every staff member made me feel like the most important patient every time I came in. My results turned out so wonderful that I had to hug the staff anyway even though we shouldnt with covid out there. I would recommend this office to anyone. Prices are reasonable and you definitely get treated right

Fantastic experience start to finish. My elderly father had broken his lower plate and needed an immediate replacement. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. for his initial fitting, returned at 11:30 for wax model fitting and had his denture, complete with careful adjustment, by 3:30. Outstanding experience I had at this location. When I went they were short handed by 4 people so the wait was a bit lengthy had an appointment at 10:30am didn’t leave my fitting until 1:30. But even with them being short staffed they still were able to get me my dentures to me the same day. But however though the staff was awesome made me feel right at home and plus you can’t beat dentures for 359 dollars. Hell of a deal I will definantly come back here for any of my denture needs. Also definantly worth the 3 hour drive from my home!!! Will also recommend to my friends and family as well

This place is awesome. Felt no pain , and they treated me like family when I walked in the doors , I had 17 teeth pulled and decided to get the signature set of dentures. I still have my temporary dentures, its only been like 3 weeks since I had them pulled. So i still have some healing to do , but I cant wait till I get my permanent ones , Ill be rocking that smile , baby ..

The gals were always wonderful. The newer appoint technic is horrible. I dont believe the answering service is even on site. And then the messages back are toooo!!!!! Much. My repaired denture turned out perfect as always.

Lm currently a patient at affordable dentures & implant. My experience there every time I visit was a great. I had a history of dental problems and I know it was my fault Ive neglected to care for my teeth therefore I decided to consult with Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen offer me options to restore my teeth but long term Ive just wanted to pull my teeth and get dentures. Dr. consultation with accuracy of diagnosis, He explain the procedures in detail along with his assistant and he spent time with me to explain procedure and pricing. There is no secret that most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist. It can even lead people to feel anxious or uneasy but with comments mention by TAYLOR RAE below were red flags all over her comments. If you feel that your dental office mention its illegal to pull all your teeth in one appointment you should do some research or have your dentist provided treatment. Each dental office have their own treatment and if your questioning a dental office about there treatment and procedures maybe you should seek treatment elsewhere. You seem to give bad reviews to past dental office youve visited Grace Med 1 start and Affordable 1 star. It seems like you are not a satisfied person regardless if the visit or service was pleasant. Overall I am please and happy with my treatment. I recommended all my families and friends.

I informed the doctor before this whole thing began, the only pain I dont handle well is teeth pain. Dr Nguyen is wonderful. The staff is great. They had all the answers without the questions. I had 28 teeth pulled. It didnt hurt not even a little. There was a long wait. This wait is because he really cares about the comfort of his patients. He talks to them to make sure this is what they want. I even heard him talk a woman out of being there because she didnt seem comfortable getting all of her teeth pulled. Im only on day 2 but Im completely out of pain. I have a full set of teeth for the first time in 20 years. Thank you so much, looking forward to my next appointment.AddAs if it couldnt get better, I had to go in for my 7 day check up. At this appointment they make the dentures fit better in your mouth! After she got done, I almost fell like theyre my teeth! They said that it still gets more comfortable. Ill keep you posted after my next appointment.I went and got my soft liners put in today. It was a very good experience but I wanted to wait until I ate to leave this. It was a really easy time at the office this time. They filled my dentures with something. I had to sit with it in my mouth for about 5 minutes. They took them out and took them in the back. When they got back, they put them in my mouth. I didnt immediately notice a difference, like I said earlier, there are times that I forget Im wearing them. They explained that I have to clean them differently. Easy time.I got home this evening and ate dinner. Wow, thats really the only word that fits. The difference it made in eating is phenomenal. They feel even more like my teeth now than ever before.This has given me more of a piece of mind than Ive had since probably high school. Thank you Dr Nguyen. I will never forget this experience.

From my free consultation to every procedure and every difficulty my mouth put them through these people are so patient and incredible! I highly recommend this place and if you do go make sure to ask for Kelsey because she was beyond dedicated. She had incredible empathy, patience, and sincerity. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience, Dr. Nguyen was fantastic! I had 18 teeth pulled and dentures installed and I never felt any pain! His assistants were very friendly and professional, I felt like I was in very good hands. The day after I have very little pain from the extractions. Waste of time. I went in for a consultation and possible extraction of a tooth that was severely overcrowded and affecting my ability to get other alignments done.The owner said he wouldnt do the extraction because it was a good tooth and was afraid of some supposed legal liability for doing a procedure that I was electing to do.They decided to refer me to an oral surgeon which of course charges significantly higher fees for pulling the tooth.I will never recommend this business to anyone.

The girl who did dads dentures would not listen to him when he said that they didnt fit right and now he is getting sores. He only wears the teeth to eat. He has never been without his dentures before this. We tried telling her but she wouldnt listen to him. So frustrating.

Now that Im at the end of the experience, I wont lie, its tough and hurts but, its THE best thing Ive done!! Dr. is great though you dont get to see him much. The girls out front working the front line and the guys and girls in the back are outstanding....very nice and always helpful!! The pain has been gone a while now so I dont really recall it much...just know I can eat everything.....no implants, just dentures. Thank you for all that you do!!💯😁🎉👍♥️

My consultation was on September 3rd, and I was incredibly nervous. Luckily, one of the Receptionists, Christina, is an absolute delight and kept me comfortable while I waited to be called back. After I was called back and sat in the chair, we did my x-rays, and then it was time for the gross pink molding part. But, no worries, because Charity and Samantha made me feel super comfortable, even though I kept gagging, and they had to redo the pink filling about four times. They were SO sweet and patient with me.After that, Samantha (Dr. Nguyens Assistant), came to speak with me and answered every nervous question I had. Cut-to a week later, for my actual surgery, and obviously I was even more of a nervous wreck - since I had to get FOURTEEN teeth pulled - and it went well! The only negative part was hearing the tooth break while being extracted (yes, my mouth was THAT bad), and I basically scared the Doctor and Samantha (Sorry, again, for that, guys!) But they continuously calmed me down, and I was out of there in very little time (not sure how long, but it wasnt as long as I thought.)There were some minor complications with my bleeding (not their fault at all), so I had to go back the following day to get my fitting for my temporary dentures, and Charitys attitude and service was outstanding. Im on day 3 of recovery, and have my POC in a few days and well go from there!A special thank you to Samantha, Charity, Christina (as well as the other Front Desk ladies), and Dr. Nguyen for giving me my self-esteem and smile back. I use to ALWAYS cover up my smile, and now, I cannot WAIT to show it off!!

I feel you over book which in turn places a long wait time for your patients. I appreciate the staff for their efforts but feel there is room for improvements. Showed up 8:30 am and at 5 pm am still waiting. I am currently one of at least four people still waiting this is not acceptable! My drive home is 4 hours long ! There needs to be some changes made in your system

The staff is friendly and compassionate. Dr. Nugyen is very kind and patient with people that have anxiety. Facility is very clean. 5 stars does not seem like enough I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very affordable!

Dr. Nguyen and staff have been AMAZING! My dad has been needing work done for awhile but also has some other health issues. Dr. Made sure he knew everything and that my dad and I were comfortable with the dental plan. Sam was amazing as well and helped us feel like we were family.

The expertise and kindness of the staff was the best Ive ever experienced. Every person I came into contact with during my visits was friendly and seemed happy to be there to assist me. Dr Nguyen was awesome ! He provided me with all the info I needed to make an informed decision regarding my dental needs. I have already recommended Affordable Dentures and Implants to several people I know that have denture and implant needs !! Bonus ....pricing is actually affordable and the work is top notch!! I cant say enough good things about this place !

At bottom of review for update!!So i came here several years ago and purchased the highest set of dentures and wasnt happy. TODAY i learned of a new management so i opted to give them another chance to get fitting dentures. IM SO GLAD I DID!! Although the process has taken several hours to get right the staff went out of thier way to ensure i had properly fitting comfortable teeth! Thank you all for fixing my teeth.So 3 days later...i have very sore gums. During my new liner process they didnt smooth the liner now makeing me have to again come back for an adjustment. Isnt the denture checked by the doctors not just the patient for fit. After watching yet more videos i learned of a paste WHICH WASNT used for mine to show spots that will rub...even though the doctor lowered my liner price im still upset they didnt take this step to prevent a need to return. Err

My experience was awful, they didnt make sure I was satisfied with the denture, they just rush you in there and rush you out, the wait time is about an hour and a half after you get there. My denture came out crooked, they redid it came out crooked again, so they figured it was the bottom denture, so they redid bottom denture, so that was the problem. THEY NEED TO STOP AND TAKE THEIR TIME WITH THESE PATIENTS, MOST OF THESE PATIENTS ARE 70S AND OLDER, MOST OF THEM CAN BARELY GET AROUND, AND YOUR MAKING THEM SIT THERE FOR HOURS. PLEASE MAKE THIS ABOUT OUR SMILE, NOT MONEY!!!

Ive been using and coming to central for some time now, and lets be honest no one wants to be at a dentist, its not like going to get ice cream now then is it?Anyway, the gals in the office are incredible, even with the amount of patients they stay upbeat and friendly.As for being in the back, Miss Kelsey helped me and I have to be honest she made my trip fun, and light and was super courteous. I could have been visiting with an old friend if I didnt know otherwise. She treats no one like a stranger. Thanks for such an amazing visit girl. If for no other reason at all, I would come back because of the service you provided.

This was the absolute best dental experience I have had my entire life. Dr Nguyen and his staff are top notch and made me very comfortable from when i walked in to when i walked out with my new teeth. They did 18 extractions and the pain during this was very minimal even the local anesthetic Dr Nguyeh performed was almost painless. Techs and staff were AWSOME.
