Awesome massage with Jackson. I had no idea how tight I was until he began the massage. He was able to work out many of the knots and I felt better when I left. I love this place and make it a point to go once or twice a month.

I came in for my first ever facial today. From the moment I walked in, everybody was really kind. Everyone at Hand & Stone is very professional. I believe I had Bethany, and she was amazing! She spoke softly and was incredibly kind. It was such a relaxing experience and it’s definitely worth the money. I’m so glad I chose Hand & Stone for my first facial. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody!

We went for a couples massage for our anniversary. The front desk was friendly and helpful. We loved the coconut water. Everything was clean and relaxing. My husband enjoyed his massage, it wasn’t what he had signed up for but ended up enjoying the deeper tissue work and felt great after. I had signed up for a deep tissue massage but was given a very light Swedish massage. I almost felt like they were just applying lotion without a massage. She told me to let her know if the pressure was ever too much but we definitely didn’t have that issue. I left with my back feeling the same as before which was disappointing. I will say everyone was really friendly and made the experience comfortable. But it was a bummer to say the least. We received an email to give feedback so we reached out to let them know about our experience. They said “well what do you want me to do?” and my husband said we were just giving feedback for future visitors. They then replied “well that was our lead masseuse and she always asks for feedback during her massages”. So we left it at that and won’t be returning.

I loved my massage at Hand and Stone. I had a really bad pain on my shoulder/arm area and Gary made sure to spend so much time on that area to work all of the knots. It was my first massage and his communication was incredible. He made sure to ask me if I was comfortable, he walked me through the whole massage, and he even gave me some advice on how to sleep so that I do not get that shoulder pain anymore. Besides my massage experience, the Spa is EXTREMELY clean and luxurious. The staff is friendly and so well educated. I was offered water as I waited and right after my massage Gary had another cup of water for me. Go to Hand and Stone if you want good prices, high quality services, a clean spa and a friendly environment!

When Hand and Stone first opened we were very excited to try it. Giving credit for a new start up, we decided to go back, they had a BOGO, good reason to try again right? Especially if you are not someone that subscribes (just to get a better price)(Which for me, if that is an available price? It should be for everyone). Bought the gift cards, 99.95. Two of them, ended up with 4 cards. You would think that BOGO meant the value of the gift cards were each 99.95, the equivalent of a buy one get one. Oh no, not at all. The BOGO was purchase a service get a service. Yes, that is correct. So my cards that I paid 199.90 for only covered 2 50 dollar Swedish massages and a 59.95 facial.When in fact had we paid cash, it would have been the same amount. Why do a BOGO, if you are going to charge the same amount a person would pay cash for?? To me, a BOGO 99.95, should be the equivalent of 99.95. That is some shady come in here and try our services switch up. I questioned it several times and was told, Oh no it is a service buy one get one. It doesnt make sense that I would pay 199.90 and receive 199.90 in services. AND still end up paying an additional 59.95 for a facial add on. Could have paid cash. Dont fall for it!The upside? Jackson was amazing. He has good attention to detail and listens. (Sure wish he would have told me I had his name wrong... I kept calling him Michael). If you go, request Jackson.

Guys.... this place is fantastic! I’ve been telling myself for years to get a facial, and finally decided to try it! I came in and was welcomed with a warm greeting. The service was A M A Z I N G. I wasn’t a bit nervous, and Irene made it a great first time experience! 10/10 highly recommend!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and polite. She explained their membership very well at the end. The massage therapist was very nice, friendly and professional. She seemed to actually care about her clients and their wellness. The actual massage was great. I will definitely be going back!

First time for a facial ever and I was so blown away. I was so relaxed, comfortable, pampered, and just felt great. I slep like a baby. I’m heavily upset. I voiced my concerns about the first time I was here. Tried it again. This masseuse was way better. However, This time I got an hour & half massage with hot stones added on. I got here at 4pm (at the time if my appt) didn’t get back to the room until 415, and my massage was over at 518pm. My friend came out way after me with the same exact massage and add on. Instead of charging me for one hour I received a $10 off an 80 minute massage. When an hour massage is 99 and 80 minutes is $139. After having to speak to the manager she took $15 off. Manager said she spoke to the masseuse about that however, that was not her fault. I believe that is schedulings fault. Absolutely sad. I won’t be back.

I went in for my very first Microdermabrasion and facial. I have had facials in the past but never the microdermabrasion. It was supposed to be an hour long service for $99 us tip so I spent around $117.00. Over all it was OK But while my mask was on I just set there for about 5 to 7 minutes with no touching of any sort. My past facials that Ive had at other places will usually give you a shoulder massage and arm and hand massage during that time. My service lasted 40 minutes And I was shocked when she told me she was done. For me its something that I will never do again at that price and for what I received. Everyone was really nice Let the service itself was far from my expectations.

Yesterday I went into Hand & Stone for a dermalinfusion facial as well as a 1 hour massage. My experience could not have been better! I had terrible pain in my shoulder and Gary did some amazing stretches with me, working out all my knots. It changed me whole day, and I still feel great a day later. The dermalinfusion helped my skin so much! Who knew I had so many dead skin cells on my face! Ewww! 😬🤣 It brightened my face and I could tell an immediate difference when I was done with my service. 10/10 recommend Hand & Stone.

So respectful, everyone from the lfront desk to the people that gave us oir services made us feel very welcome and relaxed especially during these stressful times of this pandemic. I went in for a facial, and everyone working there was super nice! Alyssa did a fantastic job!

I had a back to back facial/hot stone massage and they are both less than 60 mins. Facial was only 44 mins massage was less that 50 and not touching my face all the time. Ran the steamer and came back. The other place i went to was massaging my face and shoulder with cream or moisturizer while the steamer was running and i paid almost $200.00 including the tip. Very dissatisfied.
