I was very impressed with this spa! I got my very first massage here the other day and Megan made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job! The atmosphere was relaxing as well. I definitely will be back for another massage and to try the other services as well thank you!

I recently had a massage by Marty and she was fabulous! I had an issue in my shoulder and she elevated the pain! My overall massage left me feeling excellent and I left there feeling better than when I went in! I’ve already booked my next massage!

Yesterday I had a package that included a Facial, Massage, Manicure and Pedicure and it was great. Lauren provided my facial and was informative and my face felt amazing afterwards. Bethany provided my Nails and did a great job. Brenda proved my Massage and also really nice. The atmosphere was relaxing.

Lauren was professional and asked questions to make sure the facial was going to beneficial to my concerns. All the staff was very friendly.

I love seeing Ms. Betty! She does amazing hydra facials and dermaplaning. She’s very knowledgeable about skincare and super nice.

During this time I wish they required masks from everyone. I did appreciate that the staff wore masks and they did a temp check. I received a waxing service and I was disappointed. The tech was nice but it was not a neat job and didnt do any of the clean up. I have never had to clean up the excess wax. A little frustrating. The salon is beautiful and the staff was kind but I wont be back for that particular service. The massages are great!

Kyle is the best deep tissue massage therapist, that I have experienced in Wichita. I have regular appointments with him and his cupping expertise is perfect! They’re also open on Sunday’s, which work great with my schedule!

I was very happy with the facial type that was recommended for me. It was even less expensive. Please tell the mani/pedi technician that my polish hasnt chipped in one single place! I work with my hands all day. Im so impressed. A very relaxing and efficient visit.

Melissa does an amazing job on facials! She explains skin health and the entire process to you! I am very happy with my results and continue to see Melissa for ongoing care. The recommended products have done wonders for my skin. Worth every penny and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Im always falling asleep during facials as I become so relaxed.

Great place to get a prenatal massage at. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is the price. A little too much for my budget but always nice to splurge every now and again. Also my massage therapist talked a little more than I’d like but overall great place.

Absolutely love this spa! I live on the east side of town and make the drive out to the west location because the ladies are so kind and really informed about their products and services! I had been looking for the right skin-care routine and make-up for me (really hard when you have a combination of dry and oily skin) and the ladies sent me home with instructions and lots of samples! Thank you for helping me look my best!

My wife and I have been here twice now. Both times we did the 90 min couples massage. Amazing experience. From the atmosphere to the actual massage. Worth the money. You can find cheaper, but not better!

I’ve had lots of facials over the years, but Mac gave me one of the best ever today.

BEWARE!! I paid DOUBLE for what I booked. I booked a facial that was listed at $60, and paid $100 +$20 tip. The facial was nice, but not when it cost almost double what I had booked. Unfortunately this is the SECOND time this has happened so I will not be returning to a place that dupes their customers.

Gave this place a 2nd try. Needless to are my experience was a 360 turn around... The front staff was pleasant and felt welcomed. I worked with Mac (I believe that was here name, sorry!) Great young lady! Kind, friendly and pleasant to work with. I will return to see her..

Staff is wonderful. Always willing to help and have a great knowledge of products. They dont want to waste your time or your money. Ivan thoroughly enjoyed using the baby feet product, the declate product, and the pomegranate patches for under the eye. I wish I could replace my need for nutrition with Beau Monde West services!

I have been to Beau Monde Newmarket a few times for a massage. I always had a wonderful experience and looked forward to going back. Last week, when I was out of town, I pulled up Beau Monde on my phone and called the number that came up. I made an appointment for today at 1:00 with Sarah. When I walked in I said I was there for a 1:00 appointment and they said Oh there must have been a mistake...Sarah just left for lunch. They apologized for the confusion and gave me a gift certificate to come back another time. About 20 minutes later I got a call from Beau Monde and they asked if I was on my way to get my massage since it was 1:08 and my massage was supposed to start at 1. Of course I let them know I had just been there and was told I was not on the schedule. After several minutes of very confusing dialogue and being put on hold multiple times the manager finally figured out I had called the east salon instead of the west salon and that there are actually 3 different Sarahs so had been booked with the Sarah on the east side. I was not even aware there were two salons since we only recently moved to Wichita...but I do recall the receptionist asking if I had ever been there before and then saying my personal info was not in their system...which I found odd. At the end of the phone call today the manager said How can we make it up to you? Can we give you a gift certificate, etc...? At this point I was thinking...Wow....best customer service ever! This salon rocks it! I let her know they had issued me one at the west store and I would be back in as soon as my scheduled allowed. 30 minutes later I got a call from the Newmarket salon and the girl said Did you speak to our east side salon? Of course I said yes and then she said Well since you made a mistake and called the wrong salon then I am going to deduct half off of your gift certificate. I went from thinking they were the most awesome salon ever to thinking they are a bunch of idiots that have no idea what is going on and I will never go back there. I think if you have two locations you should answer the phone identifying the location so a caller would be aware if they called the wrong location. Also, if you take the time to ask if I have been there before, and I have, but my personal info isnt coming up in the system that should be a great big red flag I am calling the wrong location. AND if you have THREE Sarahs it might be in the best interest of the salon to ask which Sarah? Oh and dont tell me that some of the receptionists are new and arent trained well so they dont really know the right questions to ask...thats your problem not mine.

Very peaceful relaxing afternoon. I had the mommy to be package (mani, pedi and prenatal massage). Bethany was excellent with the mani & pedi! She was very friendly and gives a through massage in arms/hands and legs/feet! The prenatal massage with Kyle was excellent! He made it so easy to relax and kept me and baby comfortable. He was very professional and kept me modest. Cant wait to schedule another!

I have been to four spas in the Wichita Area for beauty treatments. I have had facials, hydrofacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion, to name a few. I must say, of all the spas, Beau Monde West Spa in New Market Square has provided the best results. The estheticians take their time and I always leave feeling radiant and refreshed. I especially like the new hydrofacial machine. It deep cleans each pore with a diamond tip wand that extracts dirt and oil and then hydrates each pore. You are glowing when they are finished! The results lasts for weeks! Beau Monde West has the newest machine in town and it can also do lymph drainage and reduce redness. Most certainly a game changer for me! I dont need to shop around anymore.
