Ive been going here for a few years now and have not had any issues with the doctors but this last time I decided to have new lenses put in my glasses. I went to pick them up today and it seems like they dont know how to adjust glasses she had to go back to another room several times to adjust the nose pads and then I had told her twice that the one bow needed to be tightened and she did nothing about it the second time when I said it she just stood there. Didnt even try to fix it and then I said well I guess Ill have to go back to where I got the frames to have it adjusted appropriately and she walked away. No goodbye no professionalism just rude behavior and started talking with someone else. I will not buy another pair of glasses here. It was such a disappointing experience.

This office has the best staff and customer service hands down . Very friendly and so kind .

When i first moved here to Kansas this was the first place i went to. They always treat me n my son very good. Dr. Smith aways asks my son hows school n footballs going. I really love the staff there they are great. I would recommend Smith VISION to anyone

Ive been totally frustrated with my experience. I purchased a pair of glasses that no one there seems to be able to adjust. Ive gone back multiple times and it simply gets worse. Thankfully I was able to purchase another pair that I can wear daily.

You almost had a new customer today but since you were not technically open today at 1:27 pm (at least thats what your receptionist told me and then her difficulty in setting my mother an appt.) I left after waiting for 30 minutes in your parking lot for her to return from her break. I felt my business wasnt going to be appreciated at all. I came to your office from across town...I didnt just happen by there. I guess yall have all the business you want.

I have been coming here with my four kids for years. They know my kids personally and when a pair of glasses are broken ( every other month!), they still treat my kids as if they are first time customers with an amazing amount of respect and care! I cant say enough how much I enjoy the staff and how amazing they are!

Dr Smith truly cares about his patients. He is very patient and tajes his time. The staff are very friendly and helpfyl. I would recommend him to everyone.

A showcase...dishonest...disrespectful...thief...dont go here!...said I tried extorting money from him and trying to get something for free...nope...just wanted my $700 experience righted...which he couldnt accomplish...little man syndrome I believe...even had his staff lie...went to the BEST vision center ( Green Vision)..to fix his mess...they knew who I was talking about before I mentioned his name...go figure!..VERY BAD BUSINESS!!
