Prompt, friendly service from the associate we spoke with. Cant remember his name to save my life. My wife broke her frames and had to order new ones. He was very helpful and got us replacements sooner than expected! Would definitely use these guys again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering my glasses with Visionworks. The staff was wonderful! The frames were cleaned after other customers were trying them on. Patrick helped me pick out a frame that looked good on me and helped me order my frames.When I picked up my glasses, Jorge adjusted them to a perfect fit on my face. Excellent service there yesterday from Martin - had gone to all the other optical stores in the area and none were able to help me fix my broken frames. Everyone of them wanted me to drop them off and wait for 2 weeks for repairs. Karen and all the staff is GREAT! they are so helpful and they work with you on getting the best glasses at the best price. They are very helpful on picking out glasses that look the best. Everyone there always have a smile on their face. My husband ordered his glasses today and my granddaughter picked hers up. The staff was very helpful with my 8 year old granddaughter and treated as she was just as important as the adults. They did not talk around her they talked to her and were very interested in her and her interests.

The staff goes over and beyond to help you out and you feel great afterward. I work in an environment where it is very easy to break your glasses. Five people in my family wear glasses, so were always looking for great quality glasses at a reasonable price. Visionworks offers both! My son and I just purchased new glasses, first checking out several other places (6 others, to be exact). Visionworks beat them all. Also, Linda and Stephanie are the ones to ask for if you want great, competent service; but everyone else who was working there were also very friendly, so I am guessing great service can be had no matter who helps you! I would highly recommend this place, and we will not be shopping around in the future; why bother, when we already know Visionworks is the best?

I went in because I was told they accepted my insurance, and Kerri was able to look it up and tell me what my benefits were. I got a really nice new set of glasses for a pretty good price. She was really good about being honest with me as far as what frames looked good and which ones didnt which was appreciated.

I have been using Vision Works for several, several years and they have become like family. They always know how to help me and they have my trust. Roy was the 1st person that helped me and he was fantastic. Then he left and Karen stepped up and has also been fantastic. If you need eyeware, this the place to go. They have a great selection. You wont regret it and they stand behind their glasses and service. I wont go anywhere else.

I go to Visionworks because of the confidence I have in Karen. She not only has great taste in picking out frames but also gives me the best information on the other features for a fair price. In the past I always had to take a few frames home to get approval from my wife and others or take my wife with me. Not any more, we trust Karen to handle it all.

I really hate picking out frames and just eye glass shopping in general, but the two ladies who were there the day I went in were so nice about picking out a frame and made the whole process pretty easy.

I dont know where to start. Rosalynda was literally the best. It was like shes family...but better. She was so patient...I cant imagine how she was considering my inability to choose a style of frames. Rosalynda was very helpful with what styles worked and what didnt. She got the order for my eyeglasses taken care of really quickly. When my glasses were ready, she had them already set up perfectly...how does someone do that?If youre in Wichita and need eye wear, You definitely need Visionworks...and Rosalynda!!!

Not a bad store, but somewhat deceptive staff. When you go in thinking youre getting two pairs for $99 and the total bill ends up $429, you have to wonder. Got them down to $169 (they overcharge for lenses). Also out of network, so youll pay the full price up front.

I have used Visionworks in Town East for many years, they have never disappointed me. Last Saturday I stopped to see if they could reinstall a lense that came out of my glasses. I had not purchased theses glasses from them. We were greeted by Rosalynda. She was more than helpful. She went over and above not only did she reinstall the lense, but also replaced the nose pads and cleaned the glasses. What impressed me the most was her positive, friendly attitude during my visit.With service and attitude like this is a major reason my family will continue to use Visionworks for our sporting glasses..Rosalynda, thank you again.
