I had low back pain sometimes just an ache and sometimes very sharp after lifting with poor posture. Dr Tracy Norris evaluated and gave me simple exercises I could do on my own. I have incorporated them into my exercise routines and feel much better. I have better flexibility and the ability to get my pain to go away on my own.

I attended the free workshop to (hopefully) obtain new information after trying numerous other pathways for my lower back pain. And I learned about Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT): a treatment approach that is unique to your symptoms, history, and body. Dr. Norris educated us without losing us in medical jargon; although, I learned a few new medical terms. If youve tried other approaches for relief (including surgeries) or if you are contemplating surgery, Id recommend you attend one of his workshops and determine if MDT is something worth considering. I plan to make my initial diagnostic appointment tomorrow.

I have suffered from chronic pain for almost 9 years, and Dr. Norris has finally helped me get my pain level to a zero! I have bulging discs in my neck and lower back from an accident that have caused nerve pain down my arm and leg. I have had injections and physical therapy, but I still had pain. I looked into surgery, but an invasive surgery was pretty scary.I finally found something that got my pain level down to a zero! 4 days before setting out on a 5000 mile RV trip, I wrenched my back by moving my bicycle in an awkward way. I felt a kind of snap and instant pain in my right buttock.
