You wonder why you do not see any reviews from this EENT they are scammers. They have you sign a form in your information packet you half to fill out before you go to the doctor if you can call them a doctor. That waiver you sign gives them permission to stick that probe up your nose. At that point you owe them over $500.00 and you still have not had your concerns answered. Then they run you to a back room to get a scan which if you have insurance costs you another $300.00 or more. And if you refuse to take the scan they turn you loose with no other chance to see the doctor. DO NOT GO HERE GO SOME WHERE ELSE DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@!@@@ YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
