The Executive Director and Wellness Director of this facility are about as mature and unprofessional as a 9 year old child. The ED just tries to be friends with everyone which causes staffing issues weekly affecting the way the residents are cared for. The WD is very rude, very unprofessional, and both her and the ED discriminated against a pregnant woman, asking her to work 16+ hours sometimes because they were too lazy to and or because they have NO EXPERIENCE in the medical field with taking care of people! I would recommend people steer clear of this place because it’s nothing like they make it sound and Grace Management, the owners; do not care about the employees. In the process of taking legal action for discrimination and for their blatant disregard to doctor restrictions that were reasonable and approved by Grace Management. Then to make them look even more ridiculous, a notice of resignation was given on 10/20 effective immediately…and we were able to watch them messaging almost immediately to cover the shifts and then just received a termination letter in the mail today effective as of 10/21 for no call no shows lol. That’s the professionalism you can expect here.

Great place for my Mom.The rates are all inclusive, that is what attracted us. She has declined over the years here, but the staff and nurse do a great job. The manager has done everything to keep my mom here as long as possible with out having to go to a nursing home. That speaks volumes. Only complaint is the yearly rate increase, it happens everywhere, but I think it is just a little high.

My mother was a resident at Vintage Park for over nine years. I couldnt have been happier with the staff. The director as well as the head nurse along with most of the staff take a personal interest in each resident. My mother felt at all times that this was her home. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this assistant living facility. My mother was well taken care of! Thank You Very Much to the staff of Vintage Park for their care and support!

The staff at Vintage Park at Waterfront is caring and compassionate. A wonderful place to call home.

Beautiful place to live, staff is hard working. They work as a team.

This is not a place for your family members. Short staff, management never around. The nurse is rude and dont know the residents. Bed bugs, high turnover on staff
