Disorganized management and confused staff. I registered via their WEB site accurately answering 1000 questions and got through approved for Covid-19 Booster shot. When I got to the store the Pharmacist says they cannot give it to me. I qualify according to CDC’s WEB requirements- Starting Last Thursday - which CVS Pharmacy quotes. I asked why what is the reason? She replied, “There is no reason it is company policy.” Then why did CVS WEB site allow me to schedule-if I am not qualified? She replied, “The IT guys are to blame.” Who is running this show?
