Karina, as well as my loan officer, are always a pleasure to work with and I appreciate their communication.As for the credit unions products, they have very nice integration with all of the other products and offer a nice refinancing process that’s very rapid compared to other creditors.

Bank is very clean and looks well maintained. Employees are very friendly and have you in their best interest. Definitely best bank Ive had out of all the ones Ive tried!

My husband went to UW Madison and they make credit cards with a Badger on it which he loves! We have our accounts with the credit union because we like to shop local and not use big banks like Chase or BMO

I called for a credit line increase/apply for a new card and I was declined. Credit score is a 728 and havent had a increase n a year. My debt to income ratio is 10%. Besides that its a good bank

My account went negative due to unexpected financial issues, no one contacted me about this at all and when I finally called about a month later to correct the issue because that is when I had the funds to fix the problem I was told three different things from three different people about what was happening. They closed my account the minute after I made it positive. I had more than one account with them and one was not negative and they closed that too. I have a line of credit with them that they froze and I cannot use even though I am up to date on all my payments with them. They pretty much lied to me to get the negative balance paid back and then went against everything they told me.Just a warning to people, that they will tell you one thing and do another, and instead of helping someone figure out and correct their issue they will close everything and do it with a smile on their face while you realize you can now not pay your bills since you had everything set up for auto withdrawal. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than banks? Almost everyone from UW Credit Union I have spoke too either seemed mad at me, gave me attitude or straight up lied to me.Consumers beware! Worse banking institution ever!
