Normally the banking is fine, I was in there on Tuesday, June 29th and there was an elderly marine veteran at one of the tellers. He was very polite and wished her a very happy day, and she couldn’t even look up and acknowledge him. I thought she was very disrespectful. Here he yet remained polite and happy and wished somebody else a happy day as he was leaving the bank, I’m sure he’s used to that kind of behavior from the younger generation. I have family who have been in the military and police force and I have the upmost respect that they voluntarily gave up their life to protect us. All I am asking is for your staff to at least acknowledge and be polite to everyone.

I worked with Barb on refinancing my house and Cameron on refinancing my car. They are both polite, knowledge and easy to work with. I Have been a member for almost ten years now. They truly care about their customers.

Ive had landmark for years, its the only account I can never actually access online and have to go to the ATM to find out how much money I have.Then when I go to get to the ATM, this branch has the absolute worst layout ever. It says there is space for two way traffic, but if youve ever been there you will clearly see it is pretty much one way. If you are parked and attempting to leave, the line of cars waiting for the drive through will block you for until the end of time while you wait with your reverse lights on until they no longer shine.

I still cant belive they wont allow peple in for the coin machine like what the heck how am i supposed to cash in coins now especially with the change shortage and this is why cuz nobody can cash in their coins for cash or to be added to the account

No Tyme Machine inside. No rewards. Service isnt great. I have truly nothing positive to say or about any of my experiences here. Staff is extreamly rude. Except 1 people in my several yrs going here. I have family here, and we are all switching to a more profound service. Plz search else for bank or credit union. NOT HERE

Tellers were able to comfortably & effectively help Landmark Credit Union members do their banking in a quick, efficient, knowledgeable manner. I was in & out of there in no time.Landmark also offers late night hours!!

In all honesty, this was a horrible experience... One that has now made me want to switch banks. I had to file a dispute because someone made charges on my debit card and drained my entire account. When I filed the dispute, the lady assured me I would get all of my money back. After only receiving a portion of it and not understanding why, I called and left her a voicemail... Heard nothing back so I emailed her... Still nothing. Called customer service and they told me to leave another message. Still. Nothing. With two weeks and still nothing, I was very upset and called again and was told she was available and they transferred me.... to her voicemail. So I call the customer service line again, get put on hold so they can look into it... Someone else answers the phone and tells me the man helping me is now away from his desk and asked if I would like to leave him a voicemail now... After finally speaking to a manager I got the remainder of my money. Wendy was, however, very nice and helpful.

It must be a good credit lines are quite often pretty long. But I must say they have been very, very helpful to us. We now have our home and truck financed through them. Barb and Brandie were both very courteous, efficient and helpful!

Been with you guys for over 9 years & whenever I call customer service I get no help & you guys are charging 30$fees left & right . Starting to feel scammed & I will be switching banks. Terrible customer service!

Inconsistent experience every time I come here. Some tellers know more than others. When you get one that doesnt know whats going, they go to another teller for help, but that teller is so busy, he says i dont know. Usually very long lines. Some tellers are not friendly at all and seem miserable being there. Usually, not a very good experience. Once in awhile I do get a great, knowledgeable, friendly teller. But theyre few and far between.

I just had the most terrible experience yesterday. I recommend people please take their business elsewhere. I went in with my 24 year old son to help with his pre-approval for his first home loan. The lady that we met with was rude, insensitive (my son is legally blind), and completely dismissive of us. She refused to help us, started creating barriers to processing the pre-approval and completely unprofessional and rude. I addressed these concerns with the manager directly today. I feel they treated us this way because of how we looked (our ethnicity) and/or because of my sons special needs. My son has an excellent credit score and is an IT Specialist.We left Landmark, went to Chase bank, and had his pre-approval within a half hour, with the same exact paperwork that Landmark needed me to fill out.

I stopped to report an unauthorized withdrawal on my card, as soon as I was about to walk up to the window some rude male worker pulled the teller away and asked me to wait just a second!!!! That was the rudest thing ever!!!!! When the teller finally got back to me she didt apologize for stepping away and my problem took only 15 secs of her time to take care of me!!!! She didnt even have to do anything for me other than let some one know I was there to see them!!! This is an ongoing issue, as soon as some one walks up to the counter, the clerk leaves and takes 5 mins to come back!!!!! Teach your team never walk away when customers are lined up and waiting!!!!! Our time is valuable!!!!!!

The process used to assess homes for equity loans is a bit sketchy...very subjective. The people they sent out to our home for verification missed two rooms and mislabeled two others [???]. Also wish we would have had more [any] control over how our loan money was used. The money was to be used to consolidate debt, but we didnt get to choose which things got paid off. Two loans were paid off that had low interest rates and the one with the highest interest rate was ignored. We would have rather had the higher one paid off.

Weve been using Landmark for almost a year now, and I am very torn on their rating. Every time I deal with someone in person or on the phone, they are very polite and at least attempt to be as helpful as they can, but we have had several ongoing issues that never seem to get fully resolved. First, we have had to order checks 4 times now, because they have made printing errors with both our names and the account #. They even made the same error twice. On the up side, they have never tried to charge us for the reorders. Second, I keep having issues trying to set up my online banking. I talked to someone in person at the bank today, was told there should be no issues, then went home and had issues. When I called the assistance number, that department had left for the day, and I now have to wait until Tuesday before I can speak to anyone, which means finding time at work or hoping I am home before they close down for the day. Third, as has been mentioned, the ATMs are frequently out of order, so if you dont do your withdrawals during banking hours, you are kind of SOL.

I use the ATM seldom, but when I try to its broken!!! This one on National and the one in Germantown (this one frequently). I think Landmark should pay your fee at another convenient financial institution when this happens.

Everytime i come in the drive thru a line is always closed and theres no way to know it untill you are by the speaker box there. They should either use it or put some type a sign because its annoying trying to drive around the building.
