I went back for a second try of my drug screen. They were much nicer and more professional. The collector was very nice to me on both days. Ha! She cheered with me when I gave the thumbs up. Ha! That was terrific. This isnt a place that a person chooses. Prospective employers make agreements, but I would choose them again based on this day.

The clinic was VERY clean. The ladies at the front desk are obviously unhappy with their jobs. Horrible attitudes. They are not very welcoming to friendly people. Leave your smile at home, pee in the cup, and go! I will not go back, ever. I will ride to the other side of Waco for my lab work going forward.

They were very unprofessional! I went into the office about 1:55pm with 1 other person ahead of me. No one seemed to care about their job Thursday! The gentleman before me sat another 20min or so before he was called. I waited a little over an hour for a pre employment drug test. Beyond ridiculous & NEVER waited that long!

Very slow and unprofessional. Another lady was waiting for over 2 hours and begging to use the restroom for her test. Awful to see adults treated like this. Advised my company to not use this location again. Waited for almost 2 hours myself for routine drug screen. Do not recommend

The receptionist wasn’t very helpful and she was coughing the whole time. I signed in while she was on the phone and she addressed everyone by name as they walked in. She recognized me after 30 minutes stating “ who are you”? I told her my name and she let me know that I needed to give her my paperwork. So why did I sign in? Then another person came in and she chewed her out because she had waited until the last minute and all those people were in front of her. The phone wrong and they hung up and she said “good I didn’t want to talk anyway. The experience was awful.

Great clinic fast service

Was being seen there in Waco and needed to be transferred to the San Antonio office on Bandera. I called Friday morning and spoke with Melinda so this could be done. End result my file wasn’t transferred because they said they were too busy to do their job. Then they said I could do this and to just call the office on Bandera. Called the office on Bandera and spoke with Nora who stated this was not their protocol. Nora took care of everything and scheduled me an appointment ASAP. I’m glad someone wanted to do their job.

I was there for almost 3 hours to have a five minute physical done. When I got there, there was no one in front of me. Several people cave in after me, but went right back. When I asked if I was going to be seen, the lady was very rude. When I was finally called back to complete my drug screen and physical, the doctor walked right into the room without knocking! Very unprofessional place!

Receptionist was rude she was coughing on everything without covering her mouth the wait is always super long I really don’t know why this place is still open everybody is unprofessional everybody acts like that hate there job they talk about there patients out loud!! Where everybody can hear I will never recommend anybody too go I had too do a drug test for my new job so I had no choice I really really dislike this place.

There were only 2 workers when I went.I wated almost 2 hours to do a pre employment test then found out they dont administer the nicotine test just the 16 drug panel.

I went there for a drug test and the nurse that waited on me was rude and treated me like i was a bother to her. I apologize that my job had me to go to you and make your evening bad because i needed a drug test

Front desk was rude, waited for 2 hours to piss in a cup. My info(address, phone,ssn) was displayed on a computer screen in front of another patient that I dont know. When testing is done they had 2 patients in 1 room each with a collector. A very unprofessional place, will NEVER go back.

The employees at NOVA, were very friendly, I actually had a good time. Nurses and my doctor were very professional, and was able to have a good conversation and joke around some. Thanks for making getting a physical an enjoyable time.

The doctor and staff at Nova were very friendly, helpful and professional. I went in for a DOT physical, which always makes me anxious, and the professionals at Nova made sure to put me at ease. Professional and kind staff the best in Town!!!

All the nurses and doctors here are super friendly. The physical therapists are great, they helped me get back on my feet quickly.I think it is also worth mentioning that I called to leave a message for Dr. Holland, and was shocked when he called me back. I think that was the first time in my life Ive spoken to a doctor on the phone.Most people told me I would hate physical therapy, but I havent had a problem going to Nova, its been great.

Those Ladies at Waco Nova are the greatest!! They smiled, laughed and talked to every patient that came through the door. They are so cool and funny, and I wasnt there but a few minutes versus being at Concentra for hours just for a simple urine test.

AWFUL!!!! THIS PLACE WILL HAVE YOU SIT AND WAIT FOR HOURS AND HOURS.. Dont recommend.. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours and then in the exam room to be seen another two hours... Absolutely horrible. Very unorganized. If I could give no stars I wouldve.

Took an hour to do a Urine drug screen, vision, and BP. Dr. was friendly and pregnant girl friendly. Other staff was not friendly. Multiple comments made by the staff that they were bothered by having to do their job on a Friday afternoon. Not very professional.
