I was supposed to have an appointment for a later time but they ended up getting me in an hour earlier for my blood test. The woman who took my blood, Latonya (if I spelled her name correctly), is an amazing person and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable!

Quests inability to communicate a fax number for their Waco office is shocking. I have tried So. Very. Hard. I am throwing good time after bad and have to walk away. Great Scott. Put your fax number on your website or at least your phone menu. Its how medical offices transmit orders... do I really need to tell you this?

Signed in through kiosk and was able to wait in car until they texted for me to come in. I came in and Latonya B. located my order in their system and got my information quickly into their system. She brought me back and drew my blood quickly and easily when usually Im a hard draw. Highly recommend Latonya. I also recommend setting appointment to get in faster.

My experience here is fantastic. Debbie was amazing on the phone as well as comforting me during the blood testing as I normally pass out during the times that I’ve had blood taken previously. Latonya Was also amazing and kind and gave me a call back just to make sure that everything was OK. Both of them are very professional and dressed nicely and have amazing shoes. If I was your boss I will give them a reason immediately for how fantastic they are as I’ve had very negative experiences in other quest diagnostic facilities.

Do not let lisa draw your blood she doesnt no what shes doing. Lisa needs to go back to school for more training. She will never draw my blood again. Latonya did a great job today.

Did not have a mask. Lady came out a said you need a mask. I said. I don’t have one can you please give me one! She said no we don’t have one. She Looked upset at me and shut the door. In a few minutes another lady came out and I asked her can I have a mask please. She said yes you could have one. She went to the reception area and handed me a mask. This is the second time this lady has been short and rude to me. I never want to speak to her again

Checked in through a machine which was very impersonal and also ineffective in my situation. After the machine said sit down and wait I waited for 40 minutes as I watched several people who had arrived after me get taken in. Finally, after everyone was taken care of except for me and one other person who had just come in, the lady asks the other person to re-sign in and then asked me to do the same. So the guy who had just walked in got care before I did when I had been sitting there for over 40 minutes. The staff may want to consider asking whos next in line before asking the person to go forward. Lady then asked me to re-sign in and that the computer sometimes acts up so I re-signed in and they got me in. Everything went smoothly after that. For those reading, this makes sure you look at the monitor on the wall and that the monitor says your name on it otherwise it didnt go through and they dont know youre there.

LaTonya B. Is the absolute best!! I can’t say enough about how amazing she is and how helpful she has been with me every single time I’ve been in to have lab drawn at Quest- which happens to be very frequent. I can not recommend LaTonya B. Enough!!

I had a appointment at 10:30 on Oct 4th and its Oct 7th and no test results yet. I have never had a pee test take this long. This is too slow . I wish I could give it 0 stars.

An amazing experience!! LaTonya was so helpful in making sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to help me with every step of the process. I would gladly go back because of the amazing service she provided!!

Seriously, she deserves a raise or something! -Because if you look at these reviews, it really seems like she’s the heart and soul of this diagnostic center — thanks to her, if you come here you will have a positive experience. She is SO kind, so compassionate, so funny, and she is truly great at what she does! You can tell she truly cares about the patients and wants to make sure that people coming here have a good experience. My Husband and I came here to get his blood drawn for a diagnostic test (diagnosing Mast Cell Activation Syndrome). At first, our appointment at quest seemed like it was going to be an uncomfortable and frustrating experience, but LaTonya saved the day! At first another woman who works here, whose name I didn’t catch, was making his experience pretty unpleasant and unnecessarily difficult. She had a cold, negative attitude - which is really sad, because when you work at a place like this It’s important to realize that a LOT of people coming in to get their blood drawn are people who are sick, scared, not knowing what is going on with their bodies and trying to get some answers - and so they are definitely in need of some love and comfort. She had glasses and short dark straight hair. (Maybe the same lady from the other negative reviews) But then LaTonya quickly figured out how to get us the tests we needed and she made the rest of our experience a breeze - she somehow made the experience of getting your blood drawn ENJOYABLE! Quite a feat…haha 😜 We were very grateful that she ended being the one to take my husband’s blood!! Thanks LaTonya, for being a real-life angel! 😇😁

Tina and LaTonya are the best! They are not only very good at what they do but are very kind and compassionate. I cannot have my blood drawn while sitting up or I will pass out so they let me lay down to draw my blood and I have never had a problem. They are very gentle and accurate. If you have a fear of needles or having your blood drawn, please ask for one of them. I drive all the way from Austin and its totally worth it!

The staff here are great. They make it a quick and painless experience. I have to get bloodwork done frequently, and I have never had a bad experience here over the past five years that I have been coming. The wait isn’t long at all, and making an appointment online is an easy process. I will always choose Quest.

I had an appt scheduled on Friday for my drug screen and in a rush did not have my mask, asked the lady at front for one and she said she had already given them all out today (it was noon) and told me I had to go find one, I left and came back after finding one and my drug screen had expired at 12:30p so I had to come back today (Monday) after going through a lot to get my drug screen extended and was helped by Latonia, who was super helpful and made my experience so much better than Friday when I was met with an attitude the minute I walked in. Started out Rocky as a 1 star review but thank goodness someone else was there today to assist me today (Latonia B) I wasn’t able to grab the other ladies name on Friday because I was rushed out. But alls well that ends well.

Unfortunate to have this review but my wife had the worst experience ever from this place.We arrived at 8 am ready for her urine test. (She drank a lot of water prior to coming in). She was next in line about a minute next to the person in line when she could not contain to urinate anymore. We ended up knocking on the door since she could no longer hold it in, we were met with snarky eyes. They let her in to go to the restroom but since she’s already there for a urine test and next in line she could’ve just took the test but one of the staff said that they can’t handle her at the moment and therefore she had to urinate without getting the test even though the person before her was already finished.She had to wait one more time since she had to hydrate again in order to perform the urine test. She was then pushed again to the very last of the queue while people that arrived late keeps getting in.

They do not answer their phones.My son got his blood drawn here 4 weeks ago and they still haven’t sent the results to his doctor.

Quick service and with a smile! I was highly impressed with the teamwork, I felt like I was be taken care of by a Marvel Avengers team. Although I was not happy about my weight gain and measurements the ladies there made it as painless as possible. Never felt the stick either btw!

This place is the absolute worst! My mother who is severely handicapped showed up for her appointment. She was at the building on time, but she was struggling to make it in the rain. When she finally got in there they refused to honor her appointment. So she had to hobble back to her car and drive home without the test. The people who work here are horrid. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

Lecia, while pulling the needle out of my arm, yanked it upwards before it was out of my arm which resulted in more bleeding and pain.

They need to restaff this lab. They can not seem to get orders from your docs office. I also turned them into my insurance company because I was charged for yearly blood work that is covered 100% by my insurance company. Plus the staff is very rude. My docs office could hear how I was being spoken to by a staff member.

They are very fast at getting you in to get you to do your test from you!

Customer service was terrible. My wife came in for blood work and she’s very nervous around needles and bloodwork. They kept giving her a hard time about being scared and told her “she came to the wrong place.” You made a bad situation worse for her. You made her feel unwelcome and unsafe. Shame on you. You really need to re-evaluate your staff and how they treat customers. If you ever have to get blood work done and your doctor tells you to use Quest, tell them to find someone else. DO NOT GO TO QUEST UNLESS YOU HATE YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES.

Tonya at Quest Diagnostic is the BEST!!! I have had blood draws every week since March 1st and she has done most of them. Shes so sweet to remember me and compliment me on my progress since my transplant!! No waiting and its SOO easy to make an appointment and check in!! HUGE THANK YOU!!

Quest Diagnostics has been the best laboratory Ive been. I wouldnt change it. They are great work. I would like to say if I could. I would give LaTonya a promotion. She does a wonderful job on everything. There is nothing she doesnt do. She is a wonderful worker. She has a great personality.. And I just Love their team work..

Today I came to Quest Diagnostics, Waco office. I was welcomed inmediately after I completed the quick self check in. LaTonya was the nurse. Unprofessional service very rude staff

My experience with Quest was more than I expected. Miss LaTonya was very helpful considering my coffee wasnt working well and i was more like a 2nd grader that morning. very professional and helpful especially Latonya...

Rude and unpleasant staff. Medical staff should offer a comforting and welcoming experience. That doesnt happen here and they dont seem to care

Quest is a joke. Long waits. Rude people. Try to call customer service on hold over 30 minutes. I tried to do online to schedule that was worse than a joke. Called my Drs office & told them I will Not go there. Ridiculous. Thank God they sent to LabCorp. Went in done in less than 5 minutes.Freaking ridiculous.

I had a great experience with this lab. I booked my appointment online the day before which was very quick and easy. When I arrived for my appointment, I checked in with the code I was given and within 5 minutes was taken back to get my blood drawn. The lady was very friendly and efficient. She did a good job drawing my blood. Altogether, I was in and out in 10 minutes. The whole process was quick and easy.

Awful service, incredibly slow. If you believe one of the 5 star reviews filled with lies, then you deserve to come to this center-circle-of-hell clinic.

Very rude

Dont come here for a DOT drug test or any drug test after 10:45 am. They are extremely hangry around lunch and will rush the whole process. My name was spelt wrong, my phone number was no where near close to what I told her. And they forget to give me my drivers license back. Wish they would have had a warning sign to not do any testing around lunch time. 😒

I admit I was skeptical based on the reviews but the low cost and convenience made me go forward with this place. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I bought the labs online and walked in the next day around 2:30pm. No appointment or anything and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The technician was very polite and friendly and her skill with the needle was on point. I’m sure people have had bad experiences but I definitely had the opposite experience. I’ll use them in the future if I need more labs. Oh and one more thing. The beauty of this place is you don’t need to go through a doctors office and get a referral. You can just order your own labs. That saved me at least 50 bucks.

LaToya is a rude and nasty person. My senior mother left the office shaking and crying due to Latoyas treatment of her. She didnt even get her labs done because she was so upset. Quest needs to get rid of this person

Im basing my review on the fact that they simply do not answer the phone. Ive called 5-8 times a day for three days in a row and cannot get an answer. Im not sure if I want to get lab tests done by a place that cannot even answer the phone.

Just went was in and out for a Blood and Urine test in less then 20 mins tops and was a WALK IN! So for what I wanted I have to give 5 stars. At the hospital or dr office would have taken weeks to even get in!!

Check in is a tablet. I was the second person in the holding area never saw anyone in person. Several people went behind the door and then came back out. I did see my name go up and down the waiting list over the 1.5 hours I waited. Never got any blood draw there was no one behind the window from 8 to 9:30 to ask any questions and no one ever answered the phone. I felt like livestock not a good experience I am paying the extra money to have my labs drawn at our doctors office.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude receptionist. When asked a simple question we were given the run around and lied to.

I arrived at 7:30 am to get labs done for my doctor. Waited until 8:45 am and no one showed up. Not even anyone to come by and say they werent opening that day. Late for work, no labs done, and no one answered the phone.

Terrible experience. I was there for an hour and the phlebotomist was absolutely rude and incompetent. After multiple painful attempts to locate my veins I just told her I would get my blood tests elsewhere.

So, Im going to try to call again to check on labs BUT I cant get past this automated service that ... that disconnects when you ask to speak to a person.

Cant seem to talk to someone in person as NO ONE is answering the phone personally.

Dont go in Waco Cardiology. The door for quest is like 5 doors to the right.
