Creepy security guards that stare. I went through 4 psychiatrists before finding one thats somewhat decent. They have a major problem with their communication with eacother, either that or they use it as an excuse on why they havent gotten back to you. You have to call MULTIPLE times to get a call back. Michelle Gutierrez is horrible and has no business in this line of work. Overall this place is horrible and deserves 0 stars with the exception of Catlin Cochran shes amazing.

Rude security woman treated me like a criminal, made me wait outside, not in the lobby. 10min later a security man told me to sit in lobby. I had set appointment to come. Then the young girl who did my intake was rolling her eyes at my answers, drinking her coffee, as i answered her intake questions. This was suppose to be a DOCTOR appointment!!!! Then I am told it will take 7 days, to hear from an unknown Doctor, and to call back if no one calls me. I am in crisis. I already waited 7days. This is a shame to have unempathic working at a mental health place. If this is what future psychologist or counselors are like....our veterans and hard working people are doomed.

I have PTSD and dont like being touched. I have been here many times and have never been searched but today security wanted to search me. I was denied services because I exercised my right not to be searched.
