They billed us and sent it to the wrong insurance, they said they would take care of it. They sent it to the correct insurance but as something else and the insurance denied it. They were going to resubmit and let us know the total. Meanwhile we paid $200 and they have not recorded that against our total as well. Next we heard was a collections notice.Time to get your act together in your billing, you are driving away customers who are trying to work with you.

I met Tim back in 2015 and followed him to his new practice. I can not say enough great things about Tim and the way his practice is run. He is very professional and has helped not only myself, but my relationships with my husband and my mother. I suffered with anxiety and depression over the years. Tim helped me work through many seasons in my life. Recently I struggled with PPD and the two year battle I had watched my mom loose against with cancer. I can’t thank Tim enough for all he has done and continues to do. He is phenomenal and I thank God for him all the time. He is totally worth a waitlist to be one of his patients!!
