I have been told they don’t deliver items. I don’t live in Visalia. I drove to Remedy Medical Supplies a week later only to be told that they don’t have any shower chairs. I said but you called to tell me mine was ready for pick up. Well it seems it is first come first served and they gave my shower chair to someone else. The person their told me that since I was told to pick it up and that I drove all that way for no chair they would make an exception and deliver the chair the following week. You guessed it, no chair . I called a few moments ago to see about the chair and it is a Saturday and they are closed on weekends. But talked to a woman that took down my issue and would have someone CALL me on Monday. Service sucks and anyone should CALL first to make sure whatever you are picking up is actually THERE!!

I have had nothing but problems from this company, they dont seem to care about the patients or their needs. Waiting months for equipment that they claim is backordered but i can find it online through an easy google search. They say their company is too small so distributors keep them at the bottom of the pile. They do NOTHING to fight for the patient. and Denise, the supervisor, is cold and rude. I was told that if i dont want to wait i can go to a different company. POOR. Do better. The medical community needs to do better.

I didn’t want to go to a mega corporation for my cpap. I thought these folks would be more attentive to my needs. Now that there is a problem with the machine less than 1 year after my purchase they can’t be bothered.

My husband recently received his medical equipment with Remedy. They were great. We love the atmosphere of the office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue care with this office. It is always much nicer to deal with personally owned business.

I have had nothing but problems since my doctor’s office referred me over to Remedy for my cpap supplies. I’ve called a number of times to update my insurance with them and placed an order by phone. When you call their phone message directs you to an extension and are immediately sent to voicemail to leave a message which they don’t respond to. I called and spoke to someone explaining what happened and they took my information and said I could pick up my supplies. I went in 2 days later to allow time for it to be filled and when I tried to pick them up the order hadn’t been placed. The clerk said it would only take a few minutes and she would call back for payment information. 45 minutes later I still hadn’t heard back and when I called I found out the order not only wasn’t ready but had never been placed. This isn’t the first time this has happened with them. In fact the last two orders were the same scenario so I fully expect the order not to ready,again, when I go back tomorrow which will mean a call to my doctor’s office that referred

I got my CPAP here and they changed my payments 4 times costing my hundreds more than explained to me when I first went in. At 1 point they said my insurance wont cover it so I had to return it or pay for it out of pocket. When I asked if I would get my money back since it was their fault they said no even though that meant I wouldnt have the money to get another machine. They billed my insurance but I think I paid full price due to their error.Edit, Lydia is not my real name and it is the Visalia store I am taking about.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I missed 1 appointment and they told me I had missed 3 appointments and they threatened to send my referral back to my doctor if I had to reschedule another appointment . When I asked for the dates of the alleged appointments that they claimed I missed, they said, Im not going to get into it and proceeded to be rude. I immediately called my doctor and asked that they refer me to a different medical supply company.. one that values their customers.No THANK YOU!

At first I didn’t understand why I was having to pay or rent my wheelchair I got a call today from Mark was going over my records since my doctor put in for a power wheelchair for me plus I owed on my regular wheelchair but when he found out I had medical 🏥 I didn’t have to pay anything anymore which is great. Very nice people.

Being down here from Oregon it was nice to find Remedy for my cpap supplies I needed. Kirk (Captain Kirk) had what just what I needed at a reasonable price. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend Remedy Medical supplies very highly.

I was billed for some items that I paid for in person at the store! They took one item off my bill but not the other charges and I never heard from them again and they usually reminded me when to get new supplies.i need to call and find out whats going on.

I have been using a cpap machine for 8 years. I have never met so many incompetent people in my life. Billing was screeed up until I got my insurance company involved. Then, I received a refund. Next, I had to be fitted for a new mask. I did so and waited. After nearly a month. I called to find out, it was never ordered. Then referred back to an ordering department and placed on hold. Definitely, looking for other options. Can’t stand working with these buffoons.

Folks you may want to read over what there trying to pass off as a HIPPA ! What there doing is having you agree for them to gather all medical records and dispense them to whoever they wish also for criminal investigations or for whatever read the paperwork do not sign !! Or give them a letter requiring them not to gather nor dispense any medical records as this would be a violation of HIPAA !!!!

Personalized service. Owned by a local family. Kirk is an RRT and has been in the business for 25 years. His wife is an RN. They were recently awarded a contract from Anthem Insurance so they will be an in service provider for all Anthem insurance customers!! Kirk spent over an hour explaining my sleep study results, the CPAP machine that was ordered and how to properly use and care for the machine. I had no out of pocket expenses! I am looking forward to having my CPAP supplies taken care of by this local company!
