Todd and his coworkers have made a lot of efforts to help me get my supplies and work out my insurance copays so that I can continue sleeping restfully and live my life to the fullest. Happy they are here and hope they stay around for a long time.

I have been dealing with lincare in Visalia for 6 months, I have always gotten great service from the staff there. I switched medical providers, so I called and talked to Catherine she took care of everything for me, she was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible service, rude personnel if I could give them a zero I would. Do not use this place.

If I could put a zero i would!!!! They dont call before a delivery. When I call i get switched from one person to another then given some lame excuse. Kathy is absolutely the worst person to talk to!!! She tells you that you qualify and then changes her mind. Hanford at least was consistant!!!!

Cathy is the rudest person on the telephone ever! They make a mistake and she treats you like youre dirt. She needs to go elsewhere.

Was in a bad accident my foot is a splint ....its been a week and i need the padding replace...this place was so rude and i didnt like how they treated my mom
