I come here because it is the closest lab to my home. The convenience of the location is great and they are pretty quick and efficient to get labs done, but the staff is not very friendly. The ladies at the front desk come across as rude as do the technicians that draw your blood. I will continue to come for convienience and efficiency as aforementioned but these people need to work on their people skills a lot better. Not very friendly workers at this place.

Decent service here. However, they only receive 2 stars from me because the lady that draws blood in the lab was abrupt and not very gentle. I am also pretty sure that she injured a tendon or muscle in my arm, because I have been experiencing tingling and numbness in that arm ever since. I will not use this lab again.

I am only giving it one star because the sign says mask be worn or mandatory. I cant quit remeber exact words. I have gone 3 times. There is always someone without a mask registering and no one tells them anything. Why have a sign saying its a must if it isnt being enforced. But other than that it super. Front office personal should be more nice. More people person like. Its almost as if its a job attitude not like I love my job attitude.

I can’t began to describe how thankful I am for the workers here Rose , Micheal ( security ) and Vincente ( lab tech ) , x ray tech I didn’t get his name . I have worked for the mentally handicap adults for 6 years and of all the hospitals , imaging centers , labs, and even dealing with authorities I have never had such amazing care in handling a situation. These people weren’t just helpful and accommodating they were overall well rounded in helping me with my client while he wasn’t feeling the most comfortable and acting out. In no way or form did they make me feel like I was a bother or doing something wrong ; they listened and asked how they could help I wouldn’t have not been able to complete his labs or x ray without you guys. They made sure to speed up the process so he could get in and out quickly . I want to let all of you know you are in the right career path and are more than appreciated ☺️❤️ Keep up the amazing work with people like you guys i wish there were more like you in . it not only helps me and my job but helps my client able to complete the care he is needed

The staff here was wonderful. I felt very comfortable the entire time. I didnt have to wait long at all and was even able to provide some information the day before over the phone. The room I was brought to was very nicely decorated, which made it feel more cozy than most places. My results arrived quickly in about a week as promised. The paperwork was dated the actual day of the appointment! I thought that was very efficient!

I have had x-rays, an MRI and lab work done multiple times at this location. I find the staff friendly and highly competent. They move you through at a reasonable pace. Their lab blood drawer is the best!The front office personnel are great. They answer questions, call your doctor if clarification is needed and treat you as if you are important to them.

Had to request the morning off work to make an 8 AM appointment for an MRI for shoulder pain that hasnt let me sleep in months. I get there at 7:50 only to be told that Im too late that I needed to be there half an hour early and that by this time I should have been prepped and in the back already having the MRI. This is the morning and there werent a lot of people, like I said it still wasnt 8 so I begged them to please let me have the MRI because the pain has been terrible, and I wouldnt be able to reschedule for months because of a project that they were very well aware of at the hospital that wouldnt allow me to get another appointment until the project was done. They didnt care and said too bad. IF THEY NEED YOU TO BE THERE AT 7:30, MAKE THE APPOINTMENT FOR 7:30! NOT AT 8 and then act indignant for making it at the time of the appointment that I was given. They can’t say thats some standard either because I had a procedure at the surgery center also run by Kaweah literally next door after that. They said be there at 10:30. I was there at 10:30 and they said perfect your here at the time of your APPOINTMENT, now we can work on getting you prepped since you made it at the time of your APPOINTMENT. It only made too much sense. What’s the point of giving people appointments if they won’t honor them? Now its months later my shoulder still hurts and I can’t get another appointment because I need a referral from my orthopedist which takes long enough to get, not that it matters to them. I spoke to whoever was in charge to complain to which they said theyd call me back after they looked into it and havent heard from them since. I really wish I didnt have to depend on them but I do but I can at least warn everyone else of this non sense. Get your act together give people real appointment, not some coded language that means be there earlier for our convenience.

The 1st thing I noticed was how dirty the upholstery was. Even the wood armrests were dirty. The childrens area and wooden toys and table were really dirty. I really wanted to take pictures to post, but i thought it kinda strange doing so with other people in the waiting room. The staff seemed friendly and efficient though. The wait was short for a Ultra Sound.

Great staff. Very efficient and mostly on time. Very considerate staff.

Staff seams to be very caring. But some of the front office girls just stare at you lol ok.

My doctor and nurses where amazing. I went in super scared, Ive never had a biopsy done before, and they made me feel so comfortable.

They dont call to say they have your MRI referral and when I called at 8 am the recording said they were closed but yet they open at 7:30. Also said to leave a message but it hangs up on you before you can do so. Very unprofessional
