THE TECH WAS AMAZING!!! made me feel welcomed and not rush at all. Baby girl was being super stubborn and kept covering her face and MARLENE did everything possible to have the baby move. I scheduled my first 3D appointment at 30 weeks and unfortunately my baby had her legs covering her face so we were out of there within 15-20 minutes. The tech was so sweet, she offered a 2nd appointment in hopes that we could get a better look at the babies face. At the 2nd appointment a week later the baby was facing by back and was sleeping! This time I brought my mother, MIL & SIL. The tech suggested I move around or try to get the baby to move. It still didnt work. The tech was soooo kind to offer a 3rd appointment! This time I did everything from eating spicy food, having caffeine to eating some candy to make sure baby was awake and active. And it all payed off! We all got to see the babys face and movements. The appointment wasnt rushed and we felt like it was 100% worth every penny. We appreciated the extra appointments to make sure we were satisfied.

Went for a gender glimpse ultrasound during 16 weeks and my husband and I were rushed in and out from the moment we arrived. I honestly dont know the name of the ultrasound tech but she wasnt welcoming. We dont know if she was just having a bad day or tired or something but her demeanor wasnt what youd expect and want and need from a baby ultrasound tech business. This was the first time my husband was able to see an ultrasound of our baby due to covid and not being able to attend at any of my doctor appointments. And he said he honestly didnt feel like he got a special moment to truly see our baby. It was so rushed. I barely got my breath in control by the time we were done. The pictures we got werent very good. Just random shots and I dont really know what Im looking at. My ob was able to get better photos when I was 12 weeks. Total time spent from the time we got into the office to fill out some paperwork to the time we were told and you guys are good to go! And out the door with our scramble of pictures and envelopes was 15 mins. It was NOT worth the $60. We went to oh Baby in fresno two years ago for our first pregnancy and our gender glimpse was 30+ minutes. They let us see the baby as long as we wanted and got as many angles and pictures! I definitely would not recommend A Precious Glimpse to anyone.

Was not worth the money. Felt very rushed. I told the lady kindly I didn’t want to know the baby’s gender due to party planning & she ended up saying the gender. 👎🏻 Save your $

The tech was rude will not be referring this place to anyone in the near future.

The woman who did my ultrasound was super nice! She gave me so many good pictures, and talked to me about how my baby was moving around. Went for the gender and it’s a boy! I got a cute bear with the heartbeat recording. I highly recommend this place! Very nice.

This the absolute WORST experience Ive ever had during an ultrasound. The woman who did my ultrasound was not friendly or personable and rushed through my ultrasound..the photos were not quality. And to be frank I couldnt tell what the pictures were of. Upon asking if she could label the photos as what they were she said she just didnt do it this time. Anytime I asked a question she muffled something under her breathe and I couldnt understand anything she was saying in response to my questions. I paid 100$ for the visit and got a recording of the heartbeat that was not quality at all. Since this isnt my first rodeo, there was a clear difference in the experience with my first pregnancy, and this one. Luckily I was able to get my money back after explaining to the tech (who also said she was the owner) that I was unhappy w/the service (as was the rest of my family). I am shocked that a business owner would conduct business this way. I would personally want my clients to leave satisfied with their overall experience. As it stands I will never ever do business there again. A gender reveal is such a special event..dont waste your time or money at this studio.

I had a wonderful experience. i wish i would have gotten the name of the woman who preformed the ultrasound to give her credit. she was super she labeled images and allowed me to have 2 guests which meant alot during this time. it was the first time daddy got to hear the heart beat and see the ultrasound in person.

We’ve had two appointments here, the first one was at about 16 weeks and I loved the experience. Unfortunately our second appointment was the absolute opposite, we brought in our $20 off coupon and the tech wouldn’t honor it which was stated in their website. She was not helpful with accommodating us with a cheaper package nor upgrade us to one we could use our coupon with. At the time of our ultrasound she was rushed and honestly a little rough; I emailed them with our experience over a month ago and no response yet. I had referred so many of my friends but their lack of customer service or desire to help has sadly really changed my mind of this business.

TECH WAS AWESOME.. I CAME IN WITH MY HONEY, MOTHER, SISTER && DAUGHTER..WE WERE ANXIOUS TO KNOW MY BABYS GENDER && WERE ALL OVER THE MOON TO FIND OUT IM HAVING A BOY.. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE SO GREAT

I don’t know why I’ve seen so many bad reviews it was an amazing experience the lady was super nice ! And my baby did not want to let me see the gender and the lasts really took her time she did not even rush me at all ! Definitely going to go back !

We went for a 3D ultrasound of our son, and the technician was amazing! Our baby wanted to be difficult and not show his face, she offered free sessions until we were able to get a good picture of him. Three sessions later, we had some amazing photos, and the cutest elephant with our sons heart beat in it. Just booked another session with them for this recent pregnancy for the gender reveal, so excited! Packages are very affordable as well!

The tech was very rude and the quality of the pictures were terrible. She seemed like she was rushing through the whole appointment and when I would ask questions she would answer my questions as if I was annoying her. She had a terrible attitude! Maybe she consider getting a new career. I would not return here or advise anyone to go here.

The tech was so patient and nice ! I’m 32 weeks and my daughter was not having it today we tried everything to move her from my back but she wasn’t budging and the tech couldn’t see her face so we reschedule for a different day . I honestly love this place the room is so peaceful and big if you have a huge family and I will be back for my next my pregnancies !!

Tried to email regarding an appointment, no response. Called and had a tentative appt, when I called to confirm no one answered and the answering service had no information. Ive called numerous times over the past 2 weeks and can only reach the answering service. They dont have good information regarding appointments and services. I finally stopped by and lights were on but no one was home. Im desperately trying to give you my money but you wont email me back, answer the phone, or call me back.
