Had my appointment for the covid test at 10:45 didn’t get seen until 20 minutes later, they had me test myself as well, they let me know I should have my results in 24 hours through Lab Corp app. I registered through Lab Corp and Lab Corp was saying it can’t identify me. So I called lab Corps and they think Walgreens put in my information wrong. Called Walgreens to verify my information they didn’t put in anything wrong but changed the results time to 2-3 days to find out if I’m positive or not. Extremely annoyed but the time frames Walgreens says one thing and the place that actually does the testing says another thing.

Always a great stop. Very friendly staff and management.

The pharmacy is a nightmare. If you need to call them, it can take 30+ minutes on hold. Or you wait and wait on hold and their phone disconnects you and you have to call back and start over again. They are not the least bit apologetic about their phone service either. Too bad, it is what it is. Some of the pharmacy staff are somewhat nice. Others are rude. There are a lot of homeless hanging around their parking lot. If you go to the drive up, there are disgusting spider webs and dirt on their wall and around the pick up window. Bad management.

Said the doctor hadnt called in the prescription. The doctor had called it in and had the name of the person they spoke to. After they were told this they found the prescription. Ive heard a similar story from others. How can a business operate like this?

The picture service is really fast, almost instant. Faster than costcos 3 week wait

So can i give an A1 5 stars to the grave shift who just were on point with their amazing patience and customer service. Tho this store is a bit far i will be going back. Im impressed

One of the very few places open 24 hrs. Only place open christmas evening in the middle of the night.

Cant remember the last time I picked up a prescription without some sort of complication. Now they are no longer 24 hour so its not worth putting up with the trouble.

Here at the photo center of walgreens, was received by an employee by the name of Lily who claimed to be the manager which had horrible attitude and was of no help. She asked for a receipt even when the photo itself had a barcode. She seemed like a fustrated unhappy individual throwing boxes everywere. I dont know how she even be became a manager or how shes still employed.

On 1/14 Called to see if my shots were available and held for 30 min which was fine i know they get busy then the rep that answered checked and said they didnt have it so i kindly asked her if she could check and see if any other local stores had it in stock cause it was urgent that i have it asap... and she wouldnt check and said mope walgreens dont stock it and hung up!!! I knew they did stock it cause other walgreens have checked before and held it for me for pick up. Very bad customer service! After she hung up another visalia location DID have it!! Thankfully! I will be contacting Corp office.

Always long lines at the pharmacy. Pharmacists are rude unhelpful and do or dont give out prescriptions based on the persons appearance

Pharmacy is rarely open, even during posted hours. Was there at 2pm today and it’s all locked up. I’m guessing they’re on their way out of business. Find somewhere new.
