My visit with my parent was good. Natalie at front desk very pleasant and helpful.

This is my 2nd visit to Orthopedic Associate Medical Clinic, Ive been dealing with extremely bad feet pain, from planter facilities and bone spurs, Ive seen Dr Rahman twice now, and he reassured me he could help me with this terrible pain and make my life a lot better, Dr Rahman is very professional and caring about his patients. He gave me a cortisone injection in both feet, and now I finally got my life back pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Rahman to anyone. Thank you Dr Rahman for giving me my life back pain free.

Ive been at a few different places over my years to see staff not smiling and not very inviting or comforting to your health concerns. Bertha, Michelle and staff at orthopedic associates were a great team. Smiles, friendly, comforting, helpful The way a staff should be. If youre not sure what orthopedic to go with I would highly recommend Orthopedic associates medical clinic.

I had my shoulder replaced in December 2020, by Dr. Le. He was excellent! Now, I have no pain and great mobility. I am so grateful for receiving such excellent care from Dr. Le and his staff. Mikki, Dr. Les assistan, was great.Everyone was very skilled, professional, kind and provided great follow-up care, as well. Dr. Le is my hero!Additionally, four years ago I went to a doctor in Tulare, to have hammer-toes straightened. That doctor absolutely ruined my feet. Every toe he operated on was way worse after the surgery than before. Just awful! I was so impressed by Orthopaedic Associates that I went to Dr. Rahman there, to see if he could repair the damage. He has completely re-positioned, and corrected four toes, and I plan to have him repair two more toes. Im delighted with what he has done for me. The feet were very uncomfortable before, and Dr. Rahman has performed a miracle. Im very happy with him, and his wonderful staff.I have and will continue to recommend OPA to anyone who asks. This is an excellent practice!

Dr. Rahman and his nursing assistants Mikki & Veronica are always cheerful, helpful, good listeners, skillful, and professional. I would always choose Dr. Rahman as a podiatrist. I believe that Dr. Rahman knows how to communicate well with people, and he listens well. I always feel like I can trust him as a person, and, from first-hand experience, I know that I can trust his knowledge and his skill. He always gives good advice to help with decisions involving personal treatment plans. My recovery has been very good in both the major and minor surgeries that he has performed for me, first on my ankle, then on my toe. In my most recent toenail surgery, it was so much better than I had experienced in the past that the experience was like night and day. It was much much less painful, and my recovery was really quick. Thank you Dr. Rahman, Mikki, and Veronica

The front office staff is absolutely amazing! Michele, Natalie, and Bertha are multi-tasking masters with a million different things coming at them at once and they do it all with a smile. They are fast, courteous, and efficient. They are the main reason I will never go anywhere else. I love my doctors too but these ladies are the absolute BEST.

Dr Jim Kim is awesome. He take a the time to listen to you. Answers all questions I asked for my mom. He even gave me his cell phone to call him if I had questions.

Extremely helpful and patient. Whenever I had a question I was given helpful awnser. Really great place. This is based on my workers compensation experience. At the tulare office the nurses Michele, Amanda and Jenna were especially helpful.

First time attending this facility and I was super impressed with the customer service I received from all staff. Especially the two front desk ladies, Natalie and Brenda. They were so helpful, courteous, and overall made my experience amazing. I was needing a ride from my appt. and my phone was on 1% and they charged my phone at the front desk as I was being seen my Dr. Le and this was so cool because they couldve just said no and turned their shoulder on me and they charged my phone with a smile on their faces. Overall visit was totally great!!! I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of orthopedic consultation and assistance. Thanks so much you guys!!!

Would like to say that this office is very friendly and quick to take you in. My first visit was pretty swamped, needless to say the front desk women held down the fort while the workers in the back ran the patients smoothly in and out of rooms to exray labs and shortly thereafter out the door. The process forme took a little longer because it was my first time. Id like to thank Dr. Raman whos6my doctor who did my surgery and is a great and competent doctor very knowledgeable in what he specializes in. Id also like to give BIG KUDOS to Michelle, Natalie, and Brenda for always having a great attitude and possitive vibe every time I came in. I love this office. I have been seeing various providers (Dr. Le, Dr. Rahman, Dr. Schengel, Dr. Criner) for many many years and have had several surgeries with these providers and love coming here.Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the friendliness of the staff help you get through it. Michelle, Natalie & Bertha at the front desk - are totally awesome and always greet me with a huge smile and a How are you doing, Super friendly and very professional. The always make me feel welcome even though I am there because I am not feeling well or something is hurting, etc.Micki (hope I got her name correct) in the radiology area is just the best, as well. So sweet and professional.Most of the Medical Assistants to the doctors listed above are also great and seem to really care about how you are feeling.I would recommend this office with a HUGE 5 stars to anyone who needs ortho care from the Shoulder to their Foot. You wont be dissapointed.

Dr. Rahman is Outstanding! After jamming my toe and suffering from intense pain for over 2 months and being told it was just a jammed/bruised toe, I sought and finally got approved for second opinion. Found Dr Rahman! He listened to my concerns, evaluated my injury and with state of the art radiology and was able to validate my symptoms. Dr. Rahman and his team especially Veronica and Mikki are super sweet and caring! Thank you from a provider on the other side! You never know know when you are going to be the one in need! Very happy with my surgeon Dr. Duncan & his PA Michael. Also, happy with Debbie & Diane in the office who have both been really helpful & professional. The Office, X-Ray & exam rooms are very clean & nicely decorated. The big problem that needs fixing since COVID, is the long waiting line out in the hallway trying to just check in. Maybe an electronic sign in just outside the door way, where you could type in your name & if you are there for an appt. or picking up paperwork, etc. Myself on 3 appointment dates, I’ve waited 20 to 40 minutes in line before ever getting to the front desk to check in for my appts. I hope this can be fixed somehow.

Im not sure where to start! I was greeted by Brenda & Maria. Very helpful and kind. Then the x ray tech ( short blonde hair), was also very sweet. I was taken back by Christina, we had a few good laughs and she was so patient and kind. I saw Michael Rodriguez, he is the most down to earth person, Ive met in the medical field. Dr. Duncan came in and we had a good talk. So friendly, also down to earth and so knowledgeable. Im thankful for this group of people.

Doctor Redd and his staff Cheri and Rochelle are amazing.They go out of their way to help you with anything that you need. They know from top to bottom what will be required for your medical needs. Great staff and doctors! My husband was treated by Dr. Duncan & Mike Rodriguez and I have to say they made my husband feel comfortable and welcomed. Very pleased with their service! Janelle in billing is also AWESOME! She has been very helpful with our payment arrangements making it easy & accommodating for us.

Went into their office to get an appointment. Michelle at the front desk was so friendly. Diane came up to assist her and was able to get me in to see the doctor a lot earlier than I first thought. They both were so very helpful. Michele gave me the papers I needed to fill out so I could do them at home. They were so very friendly and helpful I was very impressed with the office.

Dont know why some say the wait time was long. Was normal to me. And if there is a long wait time, thats a good sign the Doctor has allot of patients that want to see him. Today I saw Dr. Duncan, friendly staff and doctor. Normal wait time as any specialist office. If I had to wait 1 or 2 hours I would gladly wait. 😎👍

I have never been so satisfied with a doctor visit as the one I had today with them. Michele and Natalie we so on point and so helping and VERY VERY FRIENDLY! My doctor found the problem I have been having since 2019 with my foot. I am so very grateful that I was referred to these doctors.

Natalie, Michele and Maria are all wonderful to work with. They are always helpful when Im in the office or if I call the office. All the staff in this office front or back are very caring. I give the Association a 10 star rating. My wait time is neever excessive.

OAMC has been incredible. Melinda has been great to work with on my scheduling. She went out of her way to work with me based on my scheduling needs. It was very refreshing and a rare treatment these days. Doctor Le has been educated at some of the country’s top Universities. Word in the medical circles is he’s the one you want working on you, if you need a surgeon. He’s punctual and no nonsense, and is very careful to answer and address any concerns you may have as a patient. Visalia is lucky to have his service.

Ive been athletic all of my life. Im 64. I practiced every afternoon on my middle school, high school, and Junior College athletic teams. Varsity sports, Tackle football, basketball, baseball, and golf. Then...family, kids, work, career.An unfortunate car accident in the 1970s resulting in broken bones and numerous surgeries in an age when there were no MRIs or arthroscopic scoping as of yet. All surgeries were OPEN and went on for hours. Early trial and error. I saw and was operated on by some the best surgeons in Southern California. 6 OPEN surgeries later, I was able to enjoy 10 years of competitive golf, and won a few city, county, and club championships. Tennis called. Another 10 years of top-level competition as a recreational player. After winning numerous community and top amateur titles, Bodybuilding called. 10 more years of commitment and prepping for competition through my 40s and into my 50s.I have 4 children and 14 grandkids. All competitive or athletic in some way. Go figure. My 13-year-old grandson has been into team Basketball. My 35-year-old son plays on rec men’s teams and leagues, so I began playing pick-up basketball games with them both. At times 3 generations of Frank playing on the same team... priceless!!It all came to a halt as my left knee began to wear out. I saw 2 new surgeons who immediately recommend a full replacement with no questions or other options. I could no longer play any sports, let alone walk or remain active. I chose to see Dr. Le after lengthy research and opinions very much expected to focus on replacement. Dr Le was very interested in my personal past. He asked, and patiently listened to every word with interest. He didnt smile much or focus on small talk. He was all in! I think this man is naturally quiet and holds emotions in, however highly concerned and when the end consult ended...he had us both smiling and relaxed.Dr. Le went on to tell me that I was too active and too athletic to go through a full replacement. He recommended an extensive open and arthroscopy and the procedure results were AWESOME. Back on the basketball courts with Son and Grandsons. Hitting golf balls daily...and extensive shopping with my lovely wife.Dr.Le and his associate, Dr. Salazar worked wonders for this old guy!

I came in as a walk in and was helped by Michele Natalie and Brenda immediately.

This is just a review on the wait time. Appointment was 1hour 57 minutes ago, just brought back to a room now. Just waiting on the dr. While sitting in the large waiting room, I listened to all of the other people there talking amongst themselves about how long they have to wait every time they come. Im not sure what the holdup is. But it appears to be a constant issue with the wait time, but not the staff. The staff is phenomenal.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Rahman for awhile and been lucky enough to have nurse Nikki be exceptionally nice and professional in the office but also to return my phone calls and answer any questions i may have about my appointments or treatments.

Dr is great at what he does. But when you have to wait an hour+ past your scheduled time everytime you come is not good. The doc only sees you for a few minutes, I dont understand why hes behind?
