5 star dentist! Very likeable! Returned to him after seemingly still having issues with root canal. One look and he determined it was the crown that local dentist made that had a high spot that was causing the issue. He smoothed off the area that was touching and sent me on my way. No more problems. I have since changed primary dentist and would use him again for root canals! Great dentist!

I have a very narrow mouth and the last root canal I had in Fresno was not a very good experience. Dr. Sproles and his assistant explain the whole procedure and even took the time to stay in the room and have conversation while waiting for the Novocain to take affect. He definitely makes sure you are not going to feel any pain. I don’t understand the bad reviews because the upfront office assistant was very polite and helpful. Gave me my amount to pay upfront with no other problems. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sproles to all my family and friends.

Had a root canal and the entire staff was so friendly and caring, I can honestly say it was a quick and painless procedure. Doctor is a character. I was actually laughing at his stories during the procedure. (And I was terrified when I went in).

Terrible and worst dental experience ever!! I called before I went to have my copay checked out. The receptionist calls me back and says its 450. I book a appt and get the root canal done. A month later I get a bill for 300. I call and the receptionist is super rude and wont let me speak to the dentist. I call my insurance and they say nobody ever called them from that dentist office and if they did they would have never told them it was 450 because they were out of network. The receptionist flat out lied to me to get me to come there only to bill me later. This is the most shady business practices I have ever encountered by a dentist office. Please read this and the other reviews and take your business elsewhere.

This office fraudulently told me my services were approved and then charged me for them later claiming that my insurance wouldnt pay. Worse than that, the work done was not completed and was so horribly painful that I wound up at Urgent Care later that same day. Teeth where service was performed broke within a few weeks. AWFUL! Horribly rude secretary who called non-stop, and to this day, they continue to try and collect $ from me for shoddy work that was supposedly pre-approved. Reporting them to BBB and Delta Dental as well.

Horrible experience. I needed a root canal done and got referred here. I called ahead of time to have the billing lady contact my insurance to see what my copay would be. She calls me back 2 days later and says 450. I agreed and made the appt. About a month later I receive a bill for a extra 300. I call her back and shes very rude and says the fist bill was just a estimate. I asked how it could be a estimate when we checked before hand, she controls be rude and would not let me speak to the dentist. Come to find out I called my insurance and they said nobody had contacted them before and if they did they would not have told them my copay would only be 450. The receptionist flat out lied to me to get me to go there. This office is very dishonest and I would not recommend it to anyone. Please listen and take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!!! It was the worst experience in dental work I have ever received! The office is overbooked and crazy. The receptionist is overworked and uncaring. she made me feel like I was bothersome patient because I was in severe pain. I was told they have to get pre-authorization from my insurance and They will call me! I waited for 4 more days of pain and finally called my insurance myself to see what the problem was. Not my surprise the office NEVER contacted them and I do not need pre-authorization from my insurance. This office is so unprofessional!! Therefore, I found a different, caring Endodontic in Visalia who got me in ASAP no problems waiting for Insurance either!

Worst experience ever they knew I was young so didnt bother to tell me they were out of network then didnt even get my root cannel pre authorized before they worked on me and after I was done said it hasnt gone through be we think you owe 440$ later got billed for another 171$ after they said they gave me a gift of 130$ so my root cannel would of costed about 740$ but they never told me this nor told me that they were out of network. They will withhold information from you so that they can get extra money and have the worst attitudes. I will make sure NONE of my friends or family ever go to this place as all they want you for is your money. WORST dentist office Ive ever been too!

Billing for service not done!!! Sounds like fraud and a felony to me. Delta Dental made aware. Beware!!!!
