I tried making a payment over the phone couple of minutes ago. I spoke to Candice. She just didnt want to take my payment. I guess Ill just wait for tucoemas to call me for late payments so then can take it over the phone since im not around the ara at the moment.I just dont know my account information with tucoemas nor do i have my tucoemas . Bad service coming from candice

I have my password and username and I correctly enter both. But due to a security question ENTERED WRONG ONE TIME Im locked out of paying my bills on time. Password and username IS NOT ENOUGH APPARENTLY!!!

You need better hours of operation. Due to the fact that I work in Fresno, it makes it impossible for me to come in Monday-Friday and you are no longer open on Saturdays. It’s very frustrating to work with a bank that I have to take time off work to do business with.

Needs better hours, and tellers, and drive up tellers. Its like Walmart it drives customers away by not having enough tellers. Drive up 🏧 was not working.

Moms bank easy old town feeling friendly but mostly helpful tellers, feel like Burns Vista c. U. Of old my 1st bank and clovis old time feeling now getting joint account to administer moms finances,especally w/ covid use online more secure for herbin many ways

I go to the location on acres because everyone in there is so nice and helpful in there and caring. Most of them also know there regulars by name and know exactly what your there for every time so helps with getting you in and out fast.

Horrible customer service. I cant even deposit money. They want you to wait in a long line outside. Whats the point of appointments

I was not only a member, but an employee of this credit union for 2.5 years. I loved it. The people there are amazing, they know what theyre talking about and if they dont know the answer to something, they will find the answer for you. They are there to help. They wont lie to you, and the managers are personable and caring. Their loan department is amazing and doesnt sugar coat stuff. They will tell you honestly how bad of shape youre in credit wise. If I werent in AR now, Id still be an employee and a member here. Id recommend them to anyone. Whitendale, Porterville, Mooney, and Tulare branches. Theyre all good, they all rock. I miss them professionally and as a credit union.
