The reason FHC has so many issues is because most of the Doctors and Nurses are either brand new out of school or their a rotating Dr. Sometimes you can get a really good doctor but unfortunately youll probably never see again because hes at other facilities. And they have some of the rudest medical billing and assistants. They end up working at FHC cause they cant get a job anywhere else because they cant have a decent conversation to save their life. Their short on the phone, condescending to patients, and the only time its worth it to go is if you dont have much money and are willing to accept treatment by doctors and nurses in training because thats a definite possibility.Do not go if your in pain and are unsure about the issue theyll just send you to a regular doctor

I tried to walk my son into this location when his breathing became labored and they refused to treat my 5 year old without an appointment which they couldnt get him in until a week later yet have a walk-in clinic. This is the worst place I have ever been to with terrible customer service. Drs take an oath to do no harm yet turned a child who clearly is having trouble breathing away.

Everyone is rude and the doctor is pretty much not even there mentally. He comes in, gives you meds and that’s it. Sadly my insurance doesn’t cover anything else.

Im here for my mammogram i been waiting for them to call me in my appointment was at 1130 . very unorganized .

You get what you pay for unfortunate if you have medical and have to come here. Long wait time and place is filthy every surface is covered in grime and even body fluids took a picture of blood on the cabinets they wouldnt let me add it to my review i dont know how places like this dont get in trouble ms donlands should not be cleaner than a doctor

Although it was packed, we got seen very quickly.

No parking, although they have an empty parking lot. Over an hour wait, although I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Better off going anywhere else or with anyone else, than this place.

Wife had a tooth extraction. The people dont know what they are doing . They hurt her so many times . Dental people need a new career or learn how not to hurt the patient,be gentle .Her extraction was more painful than her toothache..👎

Horrible...... just horrible!They dont care about people they are just paper pushers....

They just walk in talking about there lives and what they did this weekend and not knowing password or where appointments are or who is here appointments I got here 1st as walk in and I hope I at least get help soon I’m in pain !!!

Beginning from scheduling appts, the wait time over the phone is ridiculous. Trying to speak with the Dr or get a hold of their staff is a mission impossible. I am saddened to have remcommended this group to my family when they moved to town. They never had a good experience nor did I when I had to intervene to help them out. Always given the run around.

A walk in clinic quick to see you...

When you need them most they fail you. The after-hours call center staff do not know de locations hours. The staff pushes patients to make primary care provider visits. These primary care provider visits you only have to wait 3-4 weeks. Many of the physicians look bored uninterested or outright frustrated with their jobs. They cannot be bothered to send prescriptions on time. they do not have an accurate list of which pharmacies are open past 10:00 in the evening. Unfortunately, they are just as bad as kaweah Delta. good luck finding good medical services in this town.

I found out I was pregnant in September immediately made an apt here and they didn’t let me see a obgyn until late November and when I did see a obgyn she told me that the ultrasound machine was not up to date and proceeded to tell me I had a cyst in my ovaries causing her to not see my baby then didn’t schedule me an appt to follow up until end of January. I went to a different dr and they found the baby within a second and NO cyst was there. I DO NOT recommend going here.

I got to see a very nice and thorough Dr. She made me well again! I didnt have to wait too long either and the sliding scale made it affordable. Im thankful!

I just did a walk-in with my baby because she has a bad rash on her whole neck and face and they refuse to see her because its just a practitioners assistant not a pediatrician! Ridiculous shouldnt they see every freaking patient so theres going to let a baby go with a rash and not tell me what it is didnt they go to school to learn about rashes !

They just dont care. Not going into it but also remember when my daughter was very sick they wouldnt even listen to her lungs

The wait is horrible (no one should have to wait 3 or more hours to be seen), when you tell them that you were told to come here by there other office they give you a run around & claim they cant see you, they dont hold up to your appointments that were already made, they dont check you thoroughly & will proscribe you medicine (you later find out by another doctor the next day or two later that you didnt even need that medicine & they dont know why you were proscribed it in the first place) & theyll make you an appointment to be seen at one of there offices (even if you dont live in that town), they dont answer all your questions & they act confused when asked a question. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Worst office ever

Theyre very nice and polite and they very good with letting you know all information about the choices to make and they very clear about how they are as a clinic also I love the fact they stay open until 6:00or 9:00pm I really like that because anything could happen and that theyre really fast at seeing people ALSO to make sure you make a appointment befor you leave dont get me wrong they have a frew rude females at the front desk but the men and the doctor s are very nice and polite very simple sincere and they ask always if you have any other questions to let them know and they take good care of kids and adults also the elderly I would recommend them to anyone they are a wonderful! Clinic 5 stars form mee

Went to the walk in dentist, they where fast, professional and courteous. Will go back for further dentistry work.

Worst experience.. felt like my doctor was being racist and thought I was lieing about my symptoms .. I went in for a bad cough and they didnt even give me medicine just an inhaler .. dont recommend Villalobos 👎🏽👎🏽

I called regarding an issue that I was having and right before I was finished talking, the receptionist cut me off mid-sentence and sent me over to a different line... which no one answered . Very rude & unprofessional staff

Today (05/29/2020) My name is Yesenia and she told me that I had an appointment in March and that she wants to reschedule it for the month of June, Yesenia says that in the system notes she says that I was rude to the people in front of me, I remember that on the last visit they didnt even take care of me I was waiting 1 hour and better I got out Im hurt in my waist and I cant sit for long, but then Yasenia told me that I was not rude, she says The note that I was rude, the truth in that place of the bridge I do not recommend it the people in front laugh a lot and talk too, they are on cell phones and it seems that they do not do their job, is that being rude? Or rude? Yesenia says that a manager called Mónica is going to call me to clarify this note that they put against me ... previously I have spoken with the managers of this same clinic, their service is not good ... today 08/21 / Until today no one has called me to fix this issue, the one who was going to call me Monica, nothing at all, I will continue to wait for them to call me, I told them they do not like to do their work ...

You have to wait but they accept you without an appointment
