Girls at the front desk are super cute, super nice! chiropractor very personable and took his time even though he was very busy. I was adjusted the same day as my first appointment and I was very happy with the service. He has stuff that my other chiropractor didnt that I enjoyed like a little massage at the end. I have no complaints, Im excited to go back again next week and I highly recommend 😁

I always have a great experience with Dr. Horine and trust no other doctor to take care of my back issues. I had curvature of the spine throughout my childhood which mostly corrected itself after high school. I occasionally have a few vertebrae that don’t like to stay in place. I was referred to Horine Chiropractor during my third trimester because I had a severe left sciatic pain that I couldn’t function anymore. Dr Horine is a miracle worker who adjusted my lower back almost on a daily basis and thus I was able to walk again. He is a special pillow to accommodate the pregnant belly. I continued to go postpartum for few more sessions. Then 5 months later, my upper back starting to hurt that I couldn’t exercise anymore, especially jumping rope, I called the office and they saw right away, again a miracle worker he is! Fixed my upper back and I was able to exercise and jump the rope without a problem. I referred my husband to him as well. The staff is extremely nice and professional. Very very highly recommended!

They were good at first then the receptionist put me in a room like if I did something wrong I just had walked in too .it felt like she was going to interrogate me all because they mixed up files with different lawyers made me feel like I did something wrong .but besides her I like going their .the doctor was good and the nurses were great loved them

I have been going to Dr Horine for about two months now at 2-3 times a week. Dr. Horine and his team are everything you need and want in a place of health; welcoming, polite, always smiling and laughing, and they have great communication standards. Dr Horine knows what he is talking about and he and his team explain everything to you as you go through the process. I thought they over charged me and when I asked them about it they explained everything to me, step by step. I told them I was sorry for suggesting that they over charged me and they replied with, “No, don’t be. We don’t want to over charge you either so let’s figure this out.” Not once in the two months of me going there weekly have I been met with any type of attitude except for positive. Go see them if you can!!! I definitely recommend it.

I am typically loath to leave a negative review for any business. However my experience with Horine Chiropractic here has been extremely negative. Simply put, if you want to stay clear of a lot of headache and incompetence with the receptionist, avoid this place like the plague. Go somewhere else. There are many chiropractic places in Tulare and surrounding areas that will help you with much less hassle, annoyance and incompetence. I havent been able to get in here for a long time and I suffer from TMJ and spinal problems. Apparently it was confirmed to me by Humana that Elvira, the receptionist, keeps billing the wrong sector of Humana, and as a result it is preventing my bill to be paid. As a result, Horine Chiropractic will not see me for further adjustments. After numerous telephone calls it has become painfully obvious they dont care to correct Elviras mistake, so now I must suffer and find another chiropractor with a receptionist who isnt so inept. Once again, I hate to leave such a negative review. However, I am very unimpressed by the level (or lack thereof) of service by the receptionists here. Save yourselves a lot of headache and find another chiropractor.Update: As you can all see here, they responded to my review and said they fixed the issue. Ha! They made no such attempt. I never received any telephone call from Horine Chiropractic, no apologies, as my jaw and TMJ problems were in excruciating pain. The good news is I have found a physical therapist/Chiropractor whose staff is much more efficient and compassionate than Horines,, and I am finally feeling some relief. STAY CLEAR of this place.

I was sent to this office by my work for an injury I have never been to a chiropractor before. But because of there amazing staff and awesome care I am making this my only chiropractor I plan on going to. I live 30 minutes away and it is well worth the drive. The staff is so nice and helpful they make you feel like a V.I.P. The Doctor is punctual and gives you a very calming walkthrough of what the procedure will be. I have had lower back problems off and on for over 14 years, but recently I was in so much pain consistently that it lasted 4 months. First it started that I could not walk even a half a block. Then it got so bad that I could not even walk around my own kitchen. Finally, a dear friend who told me to go to Horine Chiropractic. What an amazing experience! From the minute I walked in the door every attention to detail and concern to my pain I had was a prime importance to them.Believe me I had my doubts, I thought that I will be in pain for the rest of my life. A mom of two wonderful kids and a supporting husband , they were helping me with everything, cooking , cleaning and even doing laundry. I just could not do anything without being in pain.They started by talking to me and finding out every detail where my pain was coming from then confirm their finding by having me get an X-ray done. Diagnosis: I had a degenerating disk on my lower back. They express every confidence in helping me be pain free and after six weeks I was pain free!!I will have to confess, I was in tears when they told me goodbye and told me I do not need to come back. Everyone was saying Do not to forget us. Come back to visit. I was like nah there is no way I am sure I will be back, maybe not this week but next week for sure!Well over 2 months has passed and no pain. Not even a little bit. I mean I have done a lot of things thinking for sure after this weekend the pain will come back. I have gone camping, which I was sleeping in a tent in an air mattress, exercising in an eliptical machine, using a treadmill , aerobic excercise tape, aquatic exercises, paddle boarding and even doing a 4 mile canyon walk up and down rain forest trail.Believe me, I am still in shock!! I am back, baby! What an awesome accomplishment! I thank Horine Chiropractic for helping me accomplished being pain free.
