Money making business, you are required to sign a ridiculous contract in order to even start the classes. If you’re looking to transfer, they thrown in extra money $280 for classes/counseling you haven’t even taken in order to transfer your classes if it’s not under the same “entity”. Unfortunately, for those living within Tulare county, it’s your only go-to option. I’ve shopped around and spoke with other places outside of the county and they don’t charge nearly as much and none of the extra fine lined charges.

If zero or negative stars were an option thats what this place deserves. If you have another viable option, do yourself a favor and take it.

People coming in search for these services are already going through a hard time and these receptionist are very rude, especially the ones from Visalia and especially over the phone. Unfortunately they are the only providers around Tulare county and their attitude shows it.
