This place was absolutely fantastic! He fixed a pair of broke glasses with a fish wire type holder in less than 10 minutes! and changed a nose piece! I cant believe I found this via Google search and it turned out to be the best!!

Great eyeglass/sunglasses repair shop! Quick in and out service. Open until 6 so easy to get in after work. Had my lenses changed out within an hour. This is where to go if you need a repair or lens changeout.

I was able to walk in with no appointment and he had my glasses fixed within 10 minutes. He charge me $15 to re-tapped the hinge and a new screw instead of me having to buy a brand new set of frames for $350. I will definitely go back for any other needed repairs & recommend anyone else to visit.

I was recommended to ASAP Eyeglass Repair, as a quality repair shop. My experience was totally the opposite! I took my Burberry glasses to have the left temple replaced, $58.00 later, I had two very cheap looking temples placed on my glasses. The end that attached to the glasses had a jagged finish and the hinges were extremely wobbly! Not only that , when I inquired about the jagged end, I was told it could be painted. However the paint, looked as though a magic marker was used to cover the unsightly end. The finish product was horrific, to the point that my Burberry glasses wasnt even fit to wear to work in my yard!I will never use ASAP Eyeglass Repair again and everyone who say they had a great experience, count yourself lucky!

I showed up without a call ahead. The gentleman took my sunglasses, said I needed a hinge screwed, repaired my sunglasses, cleaned them and only charged me 5 dollars. I gave him a tip for his customer service. Highly impressed.

I broke an arm on my glasses and was resolved to the fact that Id just have to cough up a few hundred dollars to buy another pair. Happily a friend told about this business. They were able to replace the arms to my glasses in about 10 min at a cost of about $50. The new arms look very much like the originals but seem to fit better. I am thrilled with the service I received and I recommend them to anyone in need of eyeglass repair.

I needed one arm of my glasses fixed because it broke off. When I brought it in, he told me that I should also get the other one fixed because it was really loose. It literally took him 5-10 min to fix both arms of my glasses for $40. They fit perfect and I’m really impressed. Super nice!!!

So, I visited this place about a month or so a go, and today while I was fidgeting with my glasses I realized I never wrote a review for what an awesome service this guy provides.I brought in my glasses to fix a broken arm. He replaced both arms for $40. it took him only 15 minutes and he apologized for taking so long. I was surprised he could do it in 15 minutes!Very fast, very professional, as far as Im concerned everyone in the surrounding area should be getting their glasses fixed here.

Our son broke his glasses and since weve used ASAP before, this was the first place we thought of to go. Since we live in NC we waited until Saturday to go. Posted hours are 10-3, so imagine our frustration when we are standing at a locked door at 2 and no one is in sight. Since our son needs his glasses we are now forced to go the other route of replacement. Great service in the past gets trumped when no service now happens. A customer shouldnt have to call ahead to see if a business is truly going to be open during normal business hours.

Granted this place has certain prices. I was given a Veteran Discount that they did not honor. A few weeks later the nose pad broke and the excuse is that I did not pay full price and the break is a second break near the lens. I know this is semantics but I cant be paying so much money every time it breaks, the glasses were given to me by the VA health system, I only get a monthly disability check and I can not work due to my illness. This is probably the last time I do business here, they charged me another $35, I paid it because I am coming from Damnech naval base, the gas and time are already costing me. I asked if there is a warranty he said no if I break it in the same spot yes which was two centimeters from the new break. Their warranty is not written in stone so Buyer beware. So far I have paid them $70 total. My glasses are not worth that much, it would be cheaper to go back to the VA and get another free pair, obviously, they are not considerate to Veterans and people that are in need. To me its a heartless business, they can do whatever they want but I am calling it as it is and comparing it with business across the nation.

I broke my metal frame in half while cleaning my glasses. Googled eyeglass repair and this popped up. Took my semi-rimless glasses in and had them back in 2 hours. Staff was professional, quick to assess and repair. Will definitely remember and share experience with others.

I was told by Pearle Vision that my glasses could not be repaired but would need to replace the frame. I visited ASAP and had my glasses repaired in an hour! Cost was 10% of the frame replacement. Plus excellent customer service! I will recommend to my ftiends.

I am so glad I found this place with a quick Google search. My temple broke on my glasses a couple weeks ago, so after some tape and glue mishaps I stopped in to see if they could help. For under $50 I got my temples replaced and Im so grateful! My perscription is crazy bad and new glasses is not in my budget at the moment. So fast and wonderful customer service! I will tell all my fellow 4 eyes about this awesome place!

Fastest service Ive ever experienced.

The first time I went I had to come back as directed by the Well be back sign. I needed an arm put back on and it was repaired with a screw and bolt. I dont remember the price but it didnt seem cheap. This time I showed up at 3pm and was greeted by a sign that read, Open from 10am to 6pm and then another that read Well be back at 4 pm. I returned to find several other mystified customers outside.Lessons learned: When the only eye glass repair company in town isnt reliable Im better off buying new glasses.

BEWARE old guy at Va. Beach & Rosemont location was good. Now theyve moved and the new guy is rude ( on the phone and in person )and claims that my glasses hinge cant be repaired, he just wants to replace both arms for $47 instead of the 5 minute $15 repair that it was the last time this happened to my other pair a few years ago.
