Came in today for my first HSG test and let me tell you these ladies are incredible. So caring and thoughtful. I truly felt like a friend not a patient. They answered every single question I had and they showed me a video of my cervix and Fallopian tubes when the procedure was over. Robin and the other nurse held my hand and comforted me during the less than min of semi intense pain. But they got me through it as a team. I could cry just thinking about how loving everyone was in that room. Dr. Martha Thomas is an angel as well. So kind and smart. The best doctor a woman could ask for! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Nancy the coordinator she’s a sweet heart. She’s got her hands busy but she’s super sweet and the receptionist was kind black woman. Only positive things to say from start to finish with the Jones Institute. Baby dust to all. Also things to note super clean facility, nice music playing in the bathroom and the equipment was warm to make the procedure as comfortable as possible.

Overall, not pleased with the Jones institute to date. However, I had the worst experience with the scheduling coordinator for medical procedures - Michelle is her name. Exceptionally rude, short, irritated at ANY questions I had about the procedure. I needed to ask specific questions to see if I could make the procedure dates and she just couldnt be bothered to answer me, as though I was an inconvenience for her. Even though, I said I needed those answers to ensure I could make the procedure dates, etc. she also made it an important note to let me know how difficult and time consuming it was for her to schedule these procedures and I needed to be sure. Which, is completely fair, however, if its sheer laziness to do her job right, then she needed to be patient, and lose her attitude when I asked questions that would, ultimately, make her life easier so she wouldnt have to reschedule me. It was clear she didnt want to ensure my questions were answered, when she hung up on me.

They are quick to take your money. But when it comes to actually treating you with dignity, that’s the last thing on their mind. Don’t get your labs done here. They charge double if not triple or more. Just go to labcorp. A very insensitive bunch.
