Customer service & quality of work is always good! The ladies are inviting & down to Earth! She always walks me the exactly what’s going to happen to ensure I’m comfortable! Definitely recommend

Dr. Patricia James is a wonderful human being with a very kind staff. She was very gentle and communicative with my filling and I felt very comfortable. Best thing is they take military insurance! Going back when I need to!

The experience was not pleasant as I was a new patient trying to establish care. My records were sent by my prior dentist a week prior to my appointment yet front desk staff stated they were not. A copy was forwarded to me with the date and time stamp. Front desk associate interrupts and speaks over clients, not very customer friendly. Was seeking dental care for myself and my 4 children. Im glad I chose to check it out first before I bought the rest of my family. I will not chose this office and do not recommend.

I went there through the army to get a cavity fixed, and a week later I am still having pain. Plus another surprise half the filling fell out today, so I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Would highly not recommend.

Trying to support black-owned businesses is very hard. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Front desk tells me to be there 15 minutes early, thank God I was lost, because they said I had no appointment. Front desk didn’t seem very confident. I hope that things will be better for there business in the future because I do want to see them do well. God Bless

If you are looking for a dentist you can stop here! This is the best dentist office I have ever been too! My daughter cracked her tooth and they got her fixed up the same day. My family and I have been coming here for over a year and they are awesome. They knowledgeable and very friendly. No judgements here. They just want you to have the healthiest mouth and most beautiful smile you can have. They work around my schedule and they always smile.

My 2 kids went here several times. Will be told that my daughter need 3 fillings and to come back to have the work done. Told my So me had 4 cavities. When we went back to have work done, now my daughter has 2 more cavities that you missed or didnt see just a week ago? I was also given a different number of cavities now for my son. I left to never return. I wouldnt recommend this dentist to anyone. We were taken advantage of.

Im trying to figure why there are so many bad reviews. Ive never had any issues. The dentist has sat down with me and fully explained what I needed done. My daughter has braces and she always tell my daughter how to take care of her teeth with braces. I love the staff they always complement my shoes. I would recommend Artful Smiles.

This place isn’t like it used to be in my opinion. I did, however think it was odd that they would always “find” a cavity, a potential one that they wanted to keep an eye on or just go ahead and fill it because they just worked on the previous one they found. They have a different policy in place too for appointments. They call you a few days in advance of your appointment to confirm your time. If you don’t respond, they will automatically fill your spot. I get it. But the last two times I had an appointment, nobody ever called me. The first time I showed up ready to go. I had to wait cause they ere working on a client (doing both front desk and work). Told them I had an appointment and she said they moved it cause I never confirmed. I never got a call, text, or VM. First time, okay, Ill reschedule. So now it’s the second time. I wanted to call them and confirm my time but work and home projects always Got me passed their business hrs. I called the morning of to save me a trip like last time and same thing. We have to reschedule cause I never confirmed. Seriously?! I don’t know if the person hat “makes” these calls really makes these calls or just puts in the computer that they did. She told me what date they called. I looked through texts, call history, voicemails...NOTHING! I’m over this place.

DO NOT GO HERE. Was told I had multiple cavities every time I went in for a cleaning. One time I went back in to get one filled, and after they did the work they told me they filled the wrong cavity and not the one they “found” during my cleaning. So they made me schedule another appointment so they could fill the correct cavity (which didn’t exist). Another time I got a “cavity” filled and they drilled before I was numb. Another time I went in for a cleaning and afterwords was told the dentist wasn’t in that day so I had to schedule another appointment to see the dentist. Not sure why it took me that many screw ups to say no more, but needless to say I cancelled all future appointments and never went back.

You will have to wait forever. .the work wont be completed correctly. .went to a different dentist for a second opinion all the cavities that were filled were not properly cleaned out. .3 out of 4 root canals did by here failed. Because they were not cleaned out properly.. was told i was grinding my teeth when i told them the tooth they did a root canal on still hurt come to find out all the decay had not been removed. The last filing they did for me fell out a month after they finished. Mmm just go some where else

My son and I were told that between the two of us we would need NINE fillings. My insurance changed and I had to switch dentists twice. Each dentist told me that neither my son or myself needed fillings!!!

Worst dental experience I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and look for another dental office.

This dentist has twice told me I had numerous cavities. Rushed off as soon as she was done and would not discuss with me what she put on my paperwork. I have had 2 other dentists tell me I have NO cavities. I would not trust this place.

Supposedly opens up at 8:30. I got here at 9. No one is here, doors locked, no one answering the phone... Been sitting on the floor out front for almost an hour.
