This office will get really busy and feel like they might have forgot to call your name! But dont get discouraged. From my own personal experience they are truly very professional and will take the time to listen and answer any questions you have. They will carefully care for you and make you feel very comfortable and important.

Dillion is simply the best! Very caring and thorough.

I will gladly pay the fee for not showing up to a appointment here.

Had a good experience here. We were in quickly after arriving at the appointed time and the staff was very helpful and friendly.They seem like they really like what they do.The doctor was professional and patient. He answered all questions and double and triple checked add a request.Im not sure if there was another place you would go to in this area but I would recommend going back to this place if you needed to. Hopefully nobody needs to.The worst part about it is the location.

Dr Binz is fantastic. The office staff, however, is extremely disorganized and impossible to reach. Had tremendous difficulty getting the necessary paperwork for my disability claim completed, including losing the copy I provided! My claim was denied due to this office failing to respond to my providers request. Currently struggling to get a response as to WHY that request was ignored! Unbelievable and unprofessional.

I think Dr Perez is a very good doctor..However some of the nurses and staff are very rude.

Ive been working with these people to have a bicep tendon repaired.Theyve been professional, cost-effective and accommodating.

The appointment lady on the phone needs to be a little bit more nicer. Was very rude with my mother and I on the phone while trying to schedule a appointment. Dr Perez is a excellent doctor and Surgeon! During volleyball season my junior year i fractured my wrist and promised to have me ready by golf season and sure enough i was good! My senior year came along and i had torn my meniscus he went in surgically and i haven’t had a problem with it yet might of came into golf season alittle late but ended up qualifying for regionals! But on the top hand i wouldn’t want another ortho

My wife had a 3:45 pm appointment. She arrived on time. After waiting 1 full hour, I asked when we might be seen. The staff said, Waiting an hour is common for a specialist.When I asked what the puprose of making appointments was, if being 1 hour late is normal?, the staff said, You can ask Dr. Perez why he was late. and she huffed like it was my fault. She then closed the window to their office area and ignored us.At 4:56 pm, we finally went to the back room, where we waited further for the doctor, past 5 pm (yes, 1.25 hrs late for the appointment).Its absurd. Either book fewer appointments, or hold your time more closely. Also, be nice to patients who have been waiting. Sigh... what happened to politeness in the world?Avoid this place if you can. Theyre rude, and late. Both are bad qualities for a doctors office, regardless of being a specialist or not!

The people that schedule appointments lie . I scheduled an appointmentwith dr. perez and I got a young kid that had no authority apparentlya student dr. he mmade a alot of promises none of which happened.

Ok so, i dislocated and fractured my shoulder last monday. I went to citizens ER where Dr. Perez was on call. My shoukder, because of the damage, would not go back into socket. It has now been a week. I finally got my referral and today was my appt. Dr. Perez is one of the most dedicated surgeons I have had been lucky enough to have care for me. When he saw me he was saying he was wondering why he didnt see me the day after I got out of the hospital. I explained the trouble with referrals and how whwn I finally got a referral, the date was set well into the next week. When i told him of this, he stressed to me that I should have walked into the office anyway and he woukd had seen me same day regardless of my initial appointment. His surgery days are Monday and Wednesdays. Since I still have to have an MRI, i figured I would have to wait another full week before I could get help with this intense pain. He assured me that he will make time and add another surgery day just to get mine done by the end of the week. He was so kind, caring and i was actually very surprised he remembered my name and case given that we never met until then. He was very informative and was overall very adamant that i would be kept in the loop.The only downside is-the waiting times. I got there at 1:50 and disnt leave until close to 4. I suppose I can chalk this up to he is an AMAZING caring doctor and has a lot of patients because tjey see this quality in him as well. I have not met any other drs in the practice but i send HIGH recommendations to Dr. Perez. I hope none of you ever break a bone- but in the case that you do, go to Dr. Perez. You will not regret it.

O n scheduled appointment day Staff says Dr. Is on Vacation. Someone made a mistake to make appointment.After driving 60 miles one way sorry Dr. is on vacation. After talking to Office manager ,She said she will talk to someone , Called Office manager 2 times left messages no answer so far.
