Had an awesome experience with Dr. Followwill and his staff. So professional, caring and patient. The entire staff is great!!!

I was seen by Dr. Followwill and his staff for a hurt left shoulder. MRI showed a torn rotator cuff and pectoral muscle. Dr. Followwill repaired the torn rotator cuff and just a few days under 5 months later I was able to pass a physical fitness test to get a new job after giving up the last one due to my injury. At just under 6 months after surgery I have about 100% full range of motion with minimal scarring just 3 small ones (still working on strength), and the pectoral muscle he didnt work on gives me very little to no problem (has to heal on its own). I cannot relate to any of the negative reviews of Dr. Followwill. If you want him to come in a have a cup of coffee and chit chat, no doctors are going to do that, but I did have my shoulder repaired in such a way that I will aways be greatful. Would use him again.

Very disappointed. My daughter was seen by him and her injury was completely dismissed. No xrays were taken. When she explained her symptoms, he sent her off to another doctor without assessing her initial problem. She is no under the care of another doctor and being treated for her injury.

I had a regular appointment at 3:15pm on a Tuesday. Can you guess what time they took me in? at 4:48pm? This doctor and the nurses are the worst kind you will ever get. And I have one of the best insurance in the country. I do not know why patients needs to be suffered like this, and when inside, all you see is Nurses chit chatting with each other and no care whats so ever for the patients. When you come inside, you fill the yellow slip and say I came, rather than someone talk to you. God forbid if anyone wants to talk to you and greet you saying Hello. They slam that window at you as if you are ready to crucify them for some reason.The nurses are there to make a pay check. It is pretty clear. The doctors dont care, because they make their $350,000-$450,000 a year whether you wait or not.I stayed, then they took me to another waiting place to say they are seen me, nuses chit chatting again. Then I wait for another 30 mins. Then called in to the room, then I wait for another 20 mins. The doctor came in at 4:48pm, saw my foot for 43 seconds. I timed the doctor, he had a male student with him. He saw me for 43 seconds. That was it.I have told my PCP never to send his patients to this doctor, I told my friends and family to change. You can remember his name. It is an unique name. We as patients needs to stand up for these lack of care from Nurses, Doctors and people in the service industry. Without us the PATIENTS, they will not have jobs.I had to stand in line for 15 mins to pay my $20 co-payment. I wanted to ask from them, if we get a discount for standing and waiting. I think it is a fair game to ask for discounts for waiting.FIND A DIFFERENT LEG DOCTOR!

My experience was not as well as I expected and this was some years ago . My Wifes experience is not good and no real answer to fix condition . Would not recommend this doctor .

I actually give no stars. My visit was horrible, and was not thorough. He has no compassion and sent me home with only a sling for my broken arm. Had to see another doctor 5 days later and the first thing he asked was why was my armed not splinted.

Had to have carpal release surgery. He fixed me up and I can hardly see the scar.
