Dr Hicks was my doctor, very kind man, a doctor that takes his time with you and answers all questions you may have. I was a high risk pregnancy. But he never made me feel worried. At the end he was seeing me and the baby 2 times a week. To check me and the growth and heart beat of the baby. Very thorough doctor. When I went in to deliver due to my hypertension being high I was at 36+ weeks he happened to be off that day so I was gonna be delivered by emergency C-section by another doctor. But sure enough before I was wheeled off to surgery he came in to let me know he would be there to deliver. ❤️Which I was relieved because I felt like (he knew me and the baby) not like the other doctor wouldnt have done a good job just you feel better with the one thats been seeing you for the year lol. He surprised me a bit when the antisticiologist asked the nurses what were my medications and she said she would have to look at my chart. And Dr Hicks knew without having my chart in front of him. Made me feel good. In the past when they would prep me with the spinal shots to deliver it would just usually be nurse holding my hand and the antisticiologist in the back with the needle while my doctor was waiting .No not Dr.Hicks he held my hand the whole time and helped the nurse hold me over while they gave me my spinal. If your looking for a doctor or if your a high risk pregnancy and have to find a specialist. I would recommend him.
