I had never been to a Eyemart before, and only reason we went was because we are from out of town.I really was impressed with the whole process. Ive never been to a place where you received your glasses the same day. Really loved that service, being busy its hard to make time to get back. Total time for eye exam and picking frames and out the door with 2 pair of glasses was 2 hours!Definitely will be back.Elizabeth was great.

Customer Service was professional and knowledgeable. Went in found frame and less tan one hour walked out with new glasses and that r perfect no issues. The staff keep up the good work and the lab techs.

The customer service is always excellent everyone there is soo friendly and they know soo much about glasses and are soo patient when it comes to choosing your glasses!

First time in twenty years that I needed glasses. I walked in and was immediately addressed with “We will be right with you!” I don’t think it was a minute and who walked up...Gracie “Boo-Boo”. She was absolutely a joy to work with quite funny. She did have some issues with the computer, but her sales manager “Yogi” came right over to assist. Now. I say this in jest, she did have questions but regarding my first responder discount. She worked hard and while sitting there with her...it does appear she enjoys what she does. Keep up the good work “Boo-Boo!”😄

I have always gone to either TSO or VisionWorks in the mall. I was forced to try a new eye place because my new vision insurance wasn’t accepted at VisionWorks anymore. I am SO glad I did. I had the best experience there. They were quick, knowledgeable, they gave advice on different glasses. I cannot say enough about this place.

I do not have insurance, so at first I called the office to see what the price would be for an eye exam (I think it was around $79). I was told that I could either make an appointment or walk-in, and I decided on making an appointment on a Saturday morning. When I got to the office, I filled out my paperwork but also opted in on getting my eyes dilated and getting pictures behind my eyes using OCT, both an extra $30 each (not bad!).When Dr. Tran came into the room, I didnt have to say a single word to her. She immediately said, you see double, dont you? All my life, I thought I had excellent vision, but when I would read I would unknowingly close my left eye. Driving at night was a big no-no for me but I always thought the terrible halo lighting was due to a dirty windshield. Nope, I have very bad astigmatisms. Dr. Tran was so kind, smart, and was able to relay my medical information to me in a way that I could understand. Although the office was busy, I was there for about an hour and a half (but this is including the time I had to wait for dilation). All of the staff was very nice and were vigilant regarding COVID, which was a refreshing thing to see. It was overall a very, very nice experience and I will be switching my children to Dr. Tran.As for the Eyemart Express section where I chose and purchased my glasses, this was also a wonderful experience. I was immediately greeted by Karina. She told me where the womens section is and gave me all the time I needed to find the frames that I like. Once I found the frames I liked, she explained the sale that they had where I could then buy a second pair for $10. Karina thoroughly explained the lenses and my options of buying non-glare or regular and gave me estimated shipping times for the non-glare lenses. I decided on the regular lenses so that I could have them that day.It was so busy, though! There were a lot of people there. I left at 11:37 (I remember because I immediately returned a phone call) and at 12:16 I received a text saying both of my glasses were ready. It took less than an hour even with how busy they were! I was honestly shocked.When I went to pick them up, I needed to have both adjusted several times. The lady was careful to let the frames cool down before handing them to me. Instead of the staff becoming inpatient with me with the constant adjustments, they were very caring and patient; allowed me to fling my head around, swing up and down, twirl, and all that good stuff to make sure the glasses would stay on my face, and said I can always come back anytime if I feel that any further adjustments were needed.In total, if you need a TLDR: Dr. Tran and her staff is amazing (truly, amazing). Karina and the rest of the staff at Eyemart Express is friendly, informative, and you can get 2 pairs of glasses in less than an hour on a super busy day.

I had an exam with Dr Tran and her team at Transvision next to Eyemart Express and then picked out glasses and sunglasses at Eyemart with Ms Irenes assistance. Both pair were ready in less than 45 minutes. They were both perfect. The eye exam took much longer than getting the glasses! It was great and I recommend both Transvision and Eyemart Express.

Due to covid-19, I appreciate that they made sure everyone was masked and they made everyone sanitize upon entry. The employee that sanitized us was very friendly and very concise on what we they expected us to do. They handed each customer a basked to place every pair of frames that we handled into and to not put them back on the racks. Karina was our optician and she knocked it out of the park by going above and beyond in helping me. Every single employee made a positive impression. My glasses were ready in less.than an hour, too. I definitely recommend them!

Wow it was a wonderful experience. I was a walk and the Optometrist Dr. Martinez was very thorough and explained everything regarding my eyesight. After the exam I went next door to get my glasses and the employees were awesome. Liz helped me when deciding the size and frame of my glasses. I had to get bifocals and ended up getting a pair of sunglasses also that was within my budget. Upon picking up my glasses the next day (because I was a late walk in) I ordered two more pairs of glasses because of the great sale and Irene helped me get the price again into my budget. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs to get their eyes checked or just to get new frames I felt like we were a group of family there!!!! It was very refreshing to have such a good customer service and they made you feel like you were important and that you are not walking out that door until you were satisfied thank you.

Very clean & sanitary; employees were pleasant and helpful. The service was fast despite the line and they had my daughter’s prescription lenses in her new frames (ready to pick up) within 48 minutes! They had a back to school sale where I basically got my child 2 frames for the price of one! Highly recommend!

Even with the social distancing and sanitizing measures, Eyemart did an awesome job with my daughters glasses yesterday! We went in, picked a pair out, made a payment and were told to come back in a hour to pick them up. We went to run some other errands, but got a text message that her glasses were ready for pick up after only 19 minutes! Highly recommended!!

Prices are fantastic. Great selection of frames. However I felt a little rushed by the doctor when it came to deciding which lens was better.I recommend this place for eye exam and glasses.

Vicky Gonzales helped me find a pair of frames for my glasses that had got broken!!I went to two other places prior to coming to Eye Mart.I went to the Walmart eye center in Victoria, Tx and also to Vision Source of Victoria, Tx and neither of those places wanted to take the time to help me find some frames for my glasses. I highly recommend Eye Mart and really appreciate Vicky Gonzales taking the time to actually look for some frames.

2013 had a pair of frameless Oakleys I(purchased in N. Dakota), I constantly had screw fall out. Went in to Eyemart in Victoria, Texas and they fixed the problem with a long screw. Expecting to be charged something, they told me it was no charge (even though I hadnt purchased these glasses with them).2020 had a pair of prescription glasses from VA that the frames would get caught on anything and get thrown off my face causing the right side lens screw popped off and stripped hole out. Went to renew Drivers license and needed framed fixed so Lena would stop popping out. Wrongful lady quickly helped me. Tighten all screws, checked to make sure freaked were level and nose pieces were lnn properly. Twice the staff at this location has been so friendly and skiing to help with no charge. By far the best optical customer service Ive ever recieved. Love this place.

If you are on a time crunch dont go. Make sure you have hours, they take forever to help you. Going to just pick up glasses and waited over 35 mins. No chairs either for waiting. So just stood while holding my infant in his car seat. Absolutely insane.

Charlie the Chihuahua thought that my daughter’s glasses might be a good snack but decided after a few good chomps he’d find something else. It was time for a check up anyway. We went, got her eyes checked and got her prescription to go because I really wanted to get same day glasses and get it done as we live an hour away. We ran down to Eyemart Express and was greeted by one of the friendliest ladies ever, Karina. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable about what they had to offer. She helped us get a great deal too. Emilie left happy with 2 brand new pairs of glasses, her dad didn’t cry when I text him the amount AND THEY WERE READY TO GO IN 30 MINUTES! 😱 We sprung for the Platinum Pro Plus Warranty because, you know life. But seriously, if you are needed somewhere to get glasses quickly and want the best service, go to Eyemart Express in Victoria!

The associate was super friendly and offered me as much assistance as I needed. She even helped me decide which glasses looked better. When I went back to pick them up, her and another associate were really helpful and even made sure my glasses fit properly and didn’t need to be adjusted.

Wonderful ! The lady( I cant remember her name Im terrible with names. But I will add later once I pick up glasses later and get it) was SO helpful I have never worn glasses before I am 40 yes old. The ladys personality was very personable I felt as if we had know eachother or were friends for a while. She gave me honest opinions which I love. Provided all the ins and outs ,the needs and preferences ,and why or why nots.. Im so glad i encountered eye mart and Especially the lady that helped me. I will aslo add that I noticed everyone efficiently working together. It was refreshing to see such a great team work so well together. I pick up glasses later this week Id love to add her name when I see her again to pick up glasses. I cant beleive I have put off getting neccessary glasses for years out of fear and embarrassment. My glasses broke the morning of the day I went to purchase new glasses. Vicky, the manager helped me pick out my glasses. She listened to me & what I wanted. I chose rimless glasses which is what I have worn for years. She did not try to put any pressure on me to spend more than I was wanting to spend. She showed me something different for my 2nd pair which was going to be tinted. She assured me that they looked great! I loved them so much that I decided to step way out of my comfort zone & get them for both sets. She knew that I really needed them that day & even though it was late afternoon, she said that she would try to get at least one pair read. I got a text 20 minutes before they closed & was able to pick them up. Thank you Vicky for such great customer service! In my opinion, you went above and beyond and I feel that you are truly an asset to your company.

I have been out of glasses for about 4 months due to my old glasses location tightening them too much, not fixing the issue when I pointed it out, and then them all breaking in the same way where they couldn’t be fixed. EYEMART is amazing! They explained every step of pricing, didn’t try to overly upcharge, and the customer service of the ladies here is superb! I just got put in two pairs of perfect glasses that I love, with scratch and UV resistance, and poly carb, for only $240 without insurance!! Amazing!

Took my son in to get his first pair of glasses yesterday and the service is wonderful. The only issue I had is that the glasses he picked out had a kind of tint to the lenses, and when we picked them up, the lenses he got were not what he wanted. I would like to know how much it would be to put the coating.
