These people are very good at dealing with hearing aids and their care. Be warned though, this place really has high prices for their hearing aids

They have a very good facility with good staff. The audiologist was very good. The only problem is with price of the models of hearing aids. This is the only problem with their facility. They care about their patients. It is very important for a staff to know their patients and they know about me and are very understanding of my situation.

Their participation in the TruHearing program is what attracted me and is what keeps me on as a patient. That said, I go there as seldom as possible.

I went about a year ago. The doctor was a lady that was very loud , there are rooms with no doors and a wide entrance. The doctor looked inside my ears. When I told her that I was a veteran with Tinnitus, she got ugly, loud and rude. She said that she does no fix tinnitus and that the VA does not pay for the visit, that one of my ears had wax and she was not going to clean it. That there was nothing she could do for me. She said it so loud that everyone in the lobby and the adjacent rooms heard every single word she said. Extremely embarrassing for me. The assistant an elderly lady and the receptionist apologized. I got my things and walked out as quickly as possible.

Taking too long to get these aids adjusted up to my prescription level. Ive had numerous adjustments but I still have problems understanding someone only a couple feet away. They also dont allow acceptable phone usage. These are also subject to numerous irritating sounds, like Whoops, Beeps, etc., and sometime continuous whistling or the other noises I mentioned. Just not very satisfied with these expensive aids.

Fast and curtious service.

Really love this place. My husband and I went in to get our hearing checked. The new technology is amazing!!! From the receptionist to the doctor, very friendly and professional. It can be kind of scary not knowing what you will go through to have this done, but they really put you at ease and it was very comfortable and pain free!!! Your hearing is very important, so I recommend everyone to make an appointment as soon as possible. To all the ladies out there: your husbands may be in denial that he has hearing loss, mine certainly Is, even though we found out he has moderate hearing loss, but its for their own good to have their hearing checked. I plan to take mine back in about 6 months to see about a hearing aid. Ill let the news soak in first😊

I came into the store to have a repair done and it was not the correct repair for my hearing aid. I dont know if the person doing the repair was qualified to do the repair. I will not be purchasing any more hearing aids from New Sound. Not satisfied at all with the products or customer service.

They talk you into the most expensive hearing aid and then it doesnt work like they promised
