Purchased hearing aids for use in industrial environment . After the first year began having trouble with sweat shutting unit down. Purchased moisture sleeves little improvement. As soon as warranty ended had to pay to have a unit reworked. Originally batteries were part of purchase plan now I have to pay for batteries. They say they are open until 5 I showed up at 445 to purchase batteries they are closed not once but twice. Both times I called office to let them know I was coming. I was told someone would be there till 5.

The store hours are horrible, still using the covic as an excuse for there not wanting be there all the time
