The staff were the only professionals in this office. The physician was rude condescending and very demeaning towards us. He was not up to date on the latest treatments for osteoporosis and while having several reports to pull information from came to no conclusions. I would not recommend this doctor for anyone.

I have always found their staff knowledgeable, and friendly. I dont find them rude at all.

I have seen my share of Specialists over the 22+ yrs of being a Type I Diabetic. I have never encountered such blatant disregard toward a patient, as I have with this particular Physician. He was verbally abusive and demeaning. He refused to view my CGM information. He was unwilling to view pertinent information relevant to important decision making for my insulin pump care. He was behind the times, and insisted me writing down my glucose levels prior to eating on paper and then asking randomly what my #s were before lunch, or before dinner on any day between appointment times. As a minority woman of color, I can not stress if you are a female please conduct thorough research and take great care and consideration in seeking your next Specialist. Thank goodness for my primary care because they took care of my Prescription needs. Not once did Farkouh write a prescription for me. He may have been intimidated by the DOD pharmacy, but that is NO excuse. This was just the tip of the iceburg. DOD benficiaries I recommend you look elsewhere.

I would rate a zero if I could. I have never been treated so horribly. I was in tears within five minutes & should have left at that point when my gut told me to. I was berated & belittled. He wanted no information on my health other than yes & no answers. I struggle to even put into words on how awful this appointment was & how awful he made me feel. My neurologist warned me & I should have listened.

This doctor is very rude and demeaning. His staff is also highly rude. My mother was just told by them that she should find a new doctor because she asked them if they could fill out paperwork for her insurance!!

The front desk, nurses and Dr Farkouh, are all great people. Very informative appointments and after-care instructions. But beware - despite having an appointment, your average wait time is easily 30-45 minutes beyond your appointment time. Block off your afternoon.

Dr. Treat patients like dogs, treats patients like their disposable. Known to act downtrodden, berates & chastise patience

Looking for a new endocrinologist. He has done nothing for me since I’ve started seeing him besides order some bloodwork. I have severe hypothyroidism. I was scheduling my next appointment with him on my phone and he scolded me about paying attention to him when he’s talking to me and not to be on my phone, when the only reason I was on my phone was to put the appointment in my phone. His appointment. But yet he’s answered his cell phone while being in the room with me as a patient. Ignored me and answered his personal cell phone. I let it go though. Not a helpful DR. Staff are great. Dr. Farkouh is the worst.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Very rude, I was scolded. I am always very kind and friendly but somehow this wasn’t enough for him. Major angry patriarchy vibes. If you are a woman would avoid.

This was my first time at this office and I left with sense that everything will be ok.From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with smiles and kindness. The nurses are wonderful and Dr.Farkouh is phenomenal!!The doctor was thorough with the exam. He was very helpful with any questions that I had. He is the kind of doctor that others should strive to be like. Its nice to know that I finally found someone that I feel is trustworthy with my medical care.THANK YOU DR. FARKOUH!!!!

Of all the drs offices Ive ever been in, Ive never waited as long as we wait in this one! It is ridiculous..an hour to an hour and a half is average EVERY single time we come here. Incredibly rude and disrespectful to patients. Came in today, ONE person waiting when we got here, ONE person came out. Weve been here one hour!!!!!!! The other person that was here when we got here has come and gone! No reason whatsoever for this and if there is, patients should be told upfront.

One of the front desk ladies is rude and Farkouh is and ultra conservative endocrinologist who cares more about his license then helping patients. Waste of time and money.
